Both Crystal and Vanessa were very responsive to my emails and flexible with a small, last-minute changes I needed to make in terms of date/timing and entry instructions. It was easy and clear what each of the cleaning options where, as well as the additions you could choose. We added on cleaning inside the fridge and cabinets, which was totally worth it. The cleaners arrived on time and let themselves in via the lock box we left for them. When we returned to see how the cleaning went, we were very pleased! I was honestly a little skeptical since Pierre didn't have any Yelp reviews but he was very responsive via Yelp's messaging and the other people that responded said "Please check our webpage" and that was it. So far so good. I then checked him out on google and found he had some reviews there, all good there. So I booked him. To give a little back gound our car inside was *dirty*. We have two kids under 5 and it seems they make it a mission to make the back seat as dirty as possible. Chips dumped everywhere, mud/snow, yogurt, footprints on the doors and back of seats, baby vomit etc you name it our poor new car has seen it since we got it last year. The floor mats were soiled with dried snow and mud. So day of the service Pierre's communication was top notch, he texted that he was running about 15 min late but when he arrived he was all business while still being super nice. He wore a mask when I was showing him the car, which i appreciated. He also was very thorough. He quoted 4 hours, but due to the state of the car it took a bit longer. They are pleasant and have a great attitude. Most importantly, they do the tasks described in the days rotation. One of my pet peeves is streaky mirrors. They do a great job cleaning the mirrors without leaving streaks. They let is know when they are leaving with a have a great day greeting and call out when they arrive so we know they are here. I would recommend them and the Cedarburg Cleaning Authority to anyone. They are cost competitive and a good value.
