We had what we in the business call a rush job that needed to be done in an 8 unit complex. We had to do some remodeling in 4 units and the others were in need of a drastic clean. The previous tenants had pets without my teams knowledge and it appeared beyond help. We contacted Team Clean Supreme and within the next day or two they looked like new again. We saved a lot of time and money by going through these guys and will continue to do so whenever and wherever possible.

I have had this service for a number of years. It started out great. They had 2 people coming to…read morethe house and it was done fairly well within 2 hours. Usually it takes 2 hours per floor to do a decent job. As time went on it was switched to only 1 person and the people that were sent could not handle 2 floors in 4 hours. I had one more cleaning 2 days before before Christmas this year which was scheduled last January/February (because we have company coming over) and this is the email I received on December 4: Hi there Michele, Sadly (name of last maid) just put in her notice, without a 2 week notice. And to top it off my other team is booked solid. As of right now I am unable to continue your cleaning service. I thought it was so awful how I was completely cancelled right before the holidays. She should have found someone to at least clean my first floor for Christmas and finished this year out before cancelling with me. I would not recommend this company - I think things are slipping a lot there. Maybe there are not enough quality people for hire but I am very disappointed and upset that she would do this to me after all these years. And I only think I complained one time about an issue cleaning my wood floors. I am not a big complainer at all. Very disappointed.

When the scheduled day/time came and no one arrived, I called Vanessa who said she "couldn't find" my phone number and had emailed me. I confirmed she had emailed that morning, but I do not check emails regularly. She stated she did not have sufficient staff to come at the pre-arranged time but would try to find help to come later and would call in 2 hours. 3 hours later without a response, I called back and she said she might be able to come the next day -which was the day of the party and too late to be of use. She agreed to return my deposit the following week. After several weeks and no refund, Paypal took over the dispute and credited my paypal account $200. To be fair, she also offered a free hour of cleaning for the inconvenience but what's the point of scheduling if no one shows up?
