Once I had some extra funds in my work budget toward the end of the fiscal year. I decided to use some of that to have Videobrite digitize some old photos. I had a tight deadline to make it into that year's budget. I told Videobrite staff of the deadline and asked they contact me as soon as the work was done. They finished the project and didn't bother contacting me. They only told me it was done when I reached out. So we missed the deadline and had to pay out of the next year's budget -- for a project we wouldn't have even had done if wasn't for the extra funds in the last budget. Poor communication cost us money.

On the day of our wedding, Dustin was everywhere we looked, snapping photos left and right. He did a great job capturing most of the photos we requested. Our wedding party like working with him, especially since he worked quickly and was professional. He even went up on a ladder and captured a fantastic photo of all our wedding guests, which was a unique photo we really wanted to have. We received over 800 photos (in both color and black and white) from Dustin a little less than three weeks after our wedding, which was a way faster turnaround time than we expected. He mailed the photos to us on a flash drive and also provided us a link where we could access all the photos online. Dustin captured every moment of our wedding, including the wedding party getting ready, our first look, the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the reception dinner and dancing! He also captured great photos of the wedding venue, including our ceremony site and our beautifully decorated reception hall. The quality of the pictures Dustin took were fantastic. The quotes were super reasonable relative to other vendors, the speakers and sound quality were much better than alternatives, and the crew they sent out to manage the event was great - not only did they arrive on time and set things up quickly, they stayed through the entire event and even helped with miscellaneous stuff like putting chairs away at the end of the night. Colin also offered to come out and do a sound pre-check weeks before the event, which gave me the confidence in the sound system. Our wedding had two components - a ceremony which had a microphone for the officiant, and two microphones for two singers and an amp for the guitarist - Colin helped us figure out exactly what we needed for the day of and also had tons of other options from wireless microphones to clip-on head mics. All in all, the wedding was a huge success and the sound was a really big part of it. They were also much cheaper than other alternatives - Sonoma county loves to gouge you on prices especially for weddings, and TCE didn't!
