They didn't follow up until Jan 18 and at that time revealed that they intended to outsource the work overseas which I was surprised and not comfortable with. (anyway that is much cheaper, why would I pay $1,000/mo for Asian SEO services!) When I asked for a refund Sean refused claimed that he had already spent all the money, and claimed that the words "12 month program" on the invoice he sent me in fact obliged me to not only accept the inferior services but continue to do so for 12 months. This has been an enormous financial blow for my small business, and I was utterly taken aback by the extremely poor handling of the issue by Sean. Letting people into your sensitive website code requires a lot of trust, and I DEFINITELY would not trust this team after this experience.
