This is a horrible company. They made me sign a contract and don't get back to me about anything afterward. The customer service is not only poor but almost does not exist. If I can give this company a minus star review I would. I must warn you that if you ever sign up with this company you would be chewed up by a guy who is extremely unprofessional ad rude by the name of Eric Van Cleave. I am so glad I no longer have to deal with them. I had problems getting hold of a person to answer a question regarding the service that I was paying Zenergy for. After calling, sending emails and waiting at least 5 days no one contacted me back.I asked to be transferred to Eric thinking he can direct me to the right person but shockingly he ended up yelling from the top of his lungs at me very impolitely. He would not even let me speak. This man needs to go to school and take couple classes in business communication. I don't understand how people can deal with him. I was a customer of theirs and no matter what a customer should not be treated the way I was. This is the customer service that you should expect from these guys. On top of all that the turnaround at this company is so great. You will be speaking to a different person every couple of weeks. From start to finish dealing with them was a nightmare. They promise and don't deliver. They charged my credit card for a monthly service fee and shut down my account without letting me even know. I called to get access to my keywords and the person who answered told me: " I think your account has been dis-activated" I asked him to confirm but he never got back to me which did not surprise me because that is how this company functions. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Most importantly your personal information should never be in the hands of these guys. One of their employees hacked my personal email . So they are basically thieves for charging my CC for a service that they did not provide and hacked my personal information which is against the law. Keep in mind this is a middle man company that outsources to India or Singapore. They have over 1500 accounts that is managed by very few employees. So basically your business may get time from them to be optimized and may not. That is what exactly happened to me because money is what matters to them. read more

Not very good customer service or SEO. They boast the 1,500+ clients they have but when I visit I only see maybe 8-10 employees. The math doesn't add up. Save your money, go elsewhere. First, I've had a great experience with the employees who work at Zenergy unlike the one reviewer did. I know a little about how to get a website higher on a search page organically, and have done well locally. Shawn from Zenergy sat down with me and show me that my website needed to be higher in other location like Marin and Napa counties. My company Integrity Shred is service only type business serving the North Bay counties and we do most of our work in Sonoma Co. I wanted to do more work in other counties so I hired Zenergy to help me do that. They optimized my website and so now it's just wait and see. Time will only tell how good they are at getting search engine to rate my website higher than other shredding companies. They also wrote some new pages for me and did exceptionally professional job. One complaint I had on these new pages was the pictures they used, (which they didn't consult me on), were unfitting for the message on the page. When I told them they had the wrong type of pictures it took them less than 30 minutes fixed my complaint. I'll be back later, if I rember, to give an up date. read more

I needed a full web redesign, branding redesign and social media marketing. After going back and forth with them, I just decided to stick with the logos I already have because their options were so.. bad. After that they never inquired about any of the other services I needed, in fact turning me down for an entire web redesign. They also kept reiterating "because we are doing you a favor.." Favor?? I paid for services.. When in reality, I left with what i started with except they helped me choose 2 colors. Their whole vibe is just very.. lack luster and uncreative. I think it really came from the fact that they handed me to their "younger team" because my project was a "passion project (they kept saying that?)" so they gave me a discounted rate "for a good review".. Which to them means that they just squeek by because its a "HUGE favor" already. My company can definitely afford the quality of work we are looking for. I need an actual marketing team, and I was looking for an actual marketing team to help me on many aspects of my business and they really couldn't even be bothered.
