The representative that I initially spoke to when I walked into the office was very pleasant and provided me with the information that I needed along with an ETA on how long it would be to see someone. It was only five minutes that I had to wait and the person who assisted me with the car title transfer was very nice. I had a very good first time experience at this office and would go again in the future.

Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me, Gina, showed little interest in helping. Instead of addressing my questions, she made unrelated comments and seemed more focused on asserting her authority than providing service. As a result, I left her counter without receiving any meaningful assistance. On my way out, I spoke with the woman who initially checked me in. In contrast, she was very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and provided the support I was expecting. I also shared my concerns about my earlier interaction with her.
