A couple of weeks ago I went to this AAA office for the first time to take care of a car title transfer. I went on a Saturday and did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. The representative that I initially spoke to when I walked into the office was very pleasant and provided me with the information that I needed along with an ETA on how long it would be to see someone. It was only five minutes that I had to wait and the person who assisted me with the car title transfer was very nice. I've been a AAA member for 38 years and have never had a negative experience...until today (04/22/2026 around 10:50 AM) when I went in to renew my auto registration. Unfortunately, the representative who assisted me, Gina, showed little interest in helping. Instead of addressing my questions, she made unrelated comments and seemed more focused on asserting her authority than providing service. As a result, I left her counter without receiving any meaningful assistance. On my way out, I spoke with the woman who initially checked me in. In contrast, she was very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and provided the support I was expecting. I also shared my concerns about my earlier interaction with her. read more

Yea-I'm that membership-maxing human. I'm absolutely that person who knows where the local AAA branch is at all times. I never thought I'd need something random like lockout reimbursement paperwork because someone lost their keys. This branch makes practical life stuff feel streamlined. Passport photo- come here. DMV services-skip DMV lines and just come here. Notary services-yup come here too. I've literally asked the counter staff what else they do here-just to make sure I'm knocking out errands in one stop. There's plenty of parking. Plan on coming during working regular business hours cuz they close at 5PM. Seriously, if AAA offers it, I'll pull up to get the 411. The staff is super helpful. I was hit well my car was parked the claims adjuster informed me that he spoke to the person that hit my car and the guy told him I backed in to him so we have to take responsibility for the accident I asked him how is that possible if my car was parked he did not even try to help me out and investigate come to think about it he never came out to look at my car I am looking for new insurance for sure!!!! read more

Ample amount of parking and quick service. I usually just come here for my registration - to save me time getting my tags. When you enter there is a receptionist checking you in and directing you to the correct line or waiting area. Usually the DMV services are the seated section to your right upon entering. They will call your name and have you proceed to the counter. They accept cash and card and will provide your tag right then and there. (no need to wait for it to be mailed like the actual DMV) read more

It's in fortunate the company does not provide any discounts, incentives, etc for military and/or law enforcement however I was told it acknowledges doctors, nurses, dentists, and college students get some discounts. We Just book a trip to Maui in October with AAA. The experience was awesome , our travel guide/ agent Georgi was excellent . We were expecting to pay around $7000. Nope georgi got us our flights, car & premium hotel, Luau, & breakfast everyday for 7 nights & 8 days for 1/2 the price we were expecting... Be very careful when getting an international drivers permit from this location. First time getting one so I had no experience what needed to be filled out. I relied on the worker to fill it out correctly. She made sure my name and address was written correctly and my picture had the necessary AAA stamps. The major part that she didn't stamp was the type of vehicle I was allowed to drive. I would have thought she knew what she was doing. But obviously she didn't. It derailed my plans and make everything so inconvenient. Please be diligent and make sure name and address is correct, picture is stamped, AND type of vehicle is stamped. read more

I've been a AAA member for as long as I've been driving. They have several services offered, including paying DMV registration, making travel arrangements, tow services, retail discount programs, etc. This AAA Building is located on Central Avenue between Magnolia Avenue and the 91 Freeway (near the Riverside Plaza). One of my recent visits here included getting my International Driving Permit (IDP), which I needed in order to be able to drive a go cart in Japan (MariCar). I came in without an appointment one Saturday and the office was filled with customers. I checked in with the front desk clerk. And, to my surprise, I was called up to be taken care of within 5 minutes. Note: Wait times are dependent on your reason of visit. The lady who helped me with IDP services was Wendy -- how could I forget her name?! :) I researched what I needed to bring using the AAA website so the process was extremely quick. This is not a review of Auto Club as a company because they are great. This is a review of this particular office which is terrible. Everyone that works here seems to have a bad attitude. As if they hate their job. It's unfortunate. Lea Loera was the one that "helped" begrudgingly I must add. She had a bad attitude the entire time she helped me, I felt rushed, and she proceeded to raise her voice at me telling me they don't accept debit cards and only accepted credit cards. I felt like telling her "ok chill out and smile!" Geez. It almost feels like your at a government/state run business like the DMV. I wish the staff here had a much better attitude. To whom it may concern I have continuously tried to make an effort to resolve my claim and have my vehicle repaired to its previous condition but AAA has prevented me from being able to do so. From the start of my claim, I have had trouble reaching people to talk to and often was left with no response. This accident was not my fault and I was promised that my insurance would take care of everything for me and make this process the least complicated--that has proved to be untrue. As a paying customer, I am frustrated. My doors were not damaged prior to the accident. I had no issues whatsoever and was able to safely get in and out of the car with my two small children. Had it not been for this accident, I would still have working doors and no problems. The impact is what compromised my vehicle and is what has affected the doors. The vehicle was in excellent condition prior to the accident. I am now being told that the doors will not be covered by my insurance, which has caused concern for additional costs that I can not afford and concern about the safety of myself and children in this vehicle that AAA will not help me get repaired. I believe that AAA is being unfair and not repairing my vehicle to its full condition prior to the accident. I believe my calls are being avoided and I am not being assisted. I believe AAA is just trying to cut corners and costs. As my insurance company, I am asking for your help to pay what is fair and to repair my car. read more

My husband and I wanted to celebrate multiple accomplishments and milestones this year, so we decided to go to Europe. We Knew we would have to take our 3 young children under 12, so we needed help. I am 66 years old and had a flat tire on Saturday and called AAA and requested service for a flat tire change. Liberty Towing never showed up. I called AAA several times and got a different story each time as to why Liberty Towing refused to service me. First was just Liberty Towing refused the tow. I said I did not ask for a tow but a tire change. AAA customer rep said they would check with dispatch some will call you back. No call back after 30 minutes called again, this time I was told Liberty Towing said I did not answer my phone. I never got a call but did receive a text saying they would be there in 2 minutes but they never showed. Called AAA again was told Liberty Tow said I was not at the location where I claimed to be. Where did I go with a tire I could not drive on, again AAA rep said dispatch would call me back No one did. After waiting nearly three hours I called my nephew to come and help me change the tire to the spare. When I got to the tire shop and was waiting for the tire to be repaired I called AAA a fourth time to see what was going on and why no help. They could not respond. Got home and called a fifth time and asked for a supervisor to make a complaint and still no response as of today. Now have gone to their website and made a complaint. I am a 38 year member and senior and they left me hanging without service. So what good is the membership? read more

Hello AAA club members, let me tell you what i experienced lately, if you think that AAA is going to help you out if you lose your "SMART" key,the auto locksmiths that they contract with will tell you they will not be able to make a new key and they recommend taking it to the dealership. So i suggest you keep a spare that will preform all the functions that you need to get you rolling again. After trying to help out a family member with lost key and no spare, AAA let's me know that basically your car is covered if it's vintage! No "SMART" key locksmith service is available. I have AAA insurance and roadside assistance. I called roadside assistance yesterday 10/13/ 2023. I waited for four hours for a tow truck to show up. I had a flat tire. I was at the gas station for four hours. I call AAA back and ask what's taking so long and they had no idea what was going on. I asked the young lady to call the tow truck guy and he told me that they just put the request in, I was at the gas station from 2:45pm until 6:00pm the worst service I ever had, I have never had a flat tire. I was at a gas station in a bad neighborhood. I had bystanders helping me out. AAA is the worst service ever. I'm only giving them one star only because I couldn't give them zero stars. read more

This is regarding AAA company itself. I was out boating and in the middle of the lake waiting for my husband to go get the truck and trailer. It had been an unusually long wait. Finally he calls me and tells me his truck broke down and had to get a tow. (Long story short) I'm out in the middle of the lake so I cannot be there to call AAA. Another Company had to tow us and when I wrote to AAA Explained the situation they reimbursed me with no problems and no more questions asked! Bryna Almanza and Carlos were extremely rude as I asked them to not give me an attitude because I did not pay 300+ dollars for my son to stay in a parking lot.
