Gave me Fred, who was very grumpy and grabby with the wheel during my review before road test (probably because he suddenly had to take all of my previous instructor's students). He asked me to turn down the mirror towards the rear wheel during practice but when I turned it back to face the road while driving towards to MVC exam, he gave me a horrible attitude and for some reason was upset that I put the mirror back so I can drive safely. Thank you for heightening my anxiety right before the exam. Also gave a sour attitude afterwards when he drove us back from the exam, sped and cut off other cars with no blinkers on. Who is supposed to learn at a place like this? Stay away.

They don't respond to the first two, and the phone is 50/50 you'll get an answering machine or an actual person. I was advised to complete a website form again, and then received no response. After calling, I finally got an instructor's phone number and was advised to text them. Now, I understand that I can't expect someone to be available 24/7 to answer a text, but after three days of no response after day one, I gave up and tried another driving school, where I was able to IMMEDIATELY reach someone by phone and schedule their services. You must be extremely persistent if you want to go to this driving school. I should have tried another driving school right away, honestly.

I haven't even received a confirmation that they received my documents and it has been over two weeks. I've been emailing them and have received no response. I've been calling for two days and no one answers, yet their voicemail message says they are fully staffed and someone is always in the office. You can't even leave a voicemail because it's been full. I don't know what type of games they are playing, but at this point I don't want to deal with them and just want my stuff back. Customer service is nonexistent at this place.

My older son tried once to get his license when he was 17 and failed miserably. Some people excel at certain things. He is a wiz at math and statistics but sucks behind the wheel. Fortunately he lives in a large city so a driver's license is more of a convenience than a necessity. Called and spoke with Nancy and enrolled Brandon the same day. She was more than helpful. I explained to her that he would be a handful and asked her to assign someone patient. I wish I could remember his name because he was terrific. Very patient, informative and a hell of a nice guy.
