From start (booking) to end (service completed) the communication and service is seamless. Keyshona is such a genuine young lady. She fully understands how to honor her clients time by making booking a smooth, online process. I've never had to wait, as she is one of the most timely professionals I've worked with. Previously, I went to another esthetician who did not deliver nearly to the level as Keyshona. She was not only quick, but super efficient. My waxes last a long time and the pain is minimal during the service. Additionally, when services are being performed, clients can engage in comfortable conversation if they choose. I've so far recommended many of my close friends and family to her because I trust that she will perform amazing services and results.
