The sales lady, Victoria, took time to go over the selection with us and was very friendly. When we finally got a response, it was I'll send you a quote for a new one which my GC nor I was ok with. We asked him to send someone else out to at least look at it. After his installer, Steve, who is great, came out and witnessed the cracks and agreed that this should be replaced at no charge, we never heard back from Andy. Again, my GC and I have followed up via email after email and voicemails and again, he said he can quote us a new one. No effort, no apologies, nothing. I've put many many countertops in over the years, never had one crack or even fail. Empire Surfaces could careless. Notice that 3 of their 5 star reviews are at the same time they received 1 star reviews. This is a 2 star company at best based on my experience. I highly recommend going elsewhere.
