We went into the Stone spirit showroom in December and we really liked the quartz countertop selection they had. We provided some of the measurements and received a quote. The sales lady, Victoria, took time to go over the selection with us and was very friendly. We decided to get estimates from other places for comparison and by far stone spirit was the most reasonable of them all. The overall process was seamless! The representative came to our house to get exact measurements and couple weeks later, we had our kitchen/bathroom countertops installed in about 3 hours. If you're looking for a waterfall look for your counter tops, id stay far away from this company. Their installers are terrible and do not do a clean precise job. They left my countertop waterfall seams looking so wide & unclean and didn't bother filling the bottom waterfall legs until i said something (they were cut sooooo uneven) i will attach in photos. My top waterfall seams are so wide that no matter how much they've tried to fill it in with their epoxy glue it will not go away, I will also attach to photos. (Even their service tech has said the same thing, but they will not listen). They keep saying these wide seam "normal" which it is not because I've went and looked at other peoples work and the seams are beautiful and not NOTICEABLE! Sooooo stay away from this company if you don't want your hard working money to go to waste! Check their BBB its 3/5 so take what you want with that. read more

The installers were rude, destructive and extremely unprofessional at our home damaging a $2000 sink, cutting incorrectly, using vacuums with no wheels that scratch floors and incorrectly cutting the pot filler hole. They incorrectly cut the location of the faucet holes by cutting them without the backsplash installed. Cutting stone at our door with the door open allowing huge amounts of dust in our home then tracking the dust all throughout our home on two different occasions This was a 35,000 job and the quality is terrible. We have huge gaps with caulk. We have used stone spirit in the past and they are no longer the company they used to be. They have been sued many times recently and have employee issues. I have used Stone Spirit 2X for our house we remodeled to sell. The level of sophistication the granite added enabled us to ask and get thousands more for the house. When we went to Stone Spirit to get the countertop for the Master Bath, we were running out of budget. The saleslady showed us "scrap" slabs that enabled us to get a beautiful countertop at a great price. I shopped around and Stone Spirit was the best priced fabricator with the least amount of seams. From the very start of walking into the business I could tell this was the fabricator I would use for my kitchen. I bought my two slabs from Keys (because I already picked the exact color I wanted) and Stone Spirit just happened to be conveniently right next door. Masha took the time to show me around the show room and explain exactly how the whole process would go from start to finish. Digital template worker suggested brackets for the 14" overhang I wanted on the island and peninsula. I was never told anything about brackets by any other company so I very much appreciated that information. Sergey took the time to sit down with me again to make sure the design I wanted on the countertops was exactly where the granite was cut. Even swapped slabs with Keys to make sure the slabs were just right. Installers worked quickly and were very nice. Countertops are excellent and the kitchen is even nicer than I had imagined it would be. Very professional and helpful from my first interaction with Masha through me picking up leftover remnant with Sergey. I will definitely be back to do my bathroom vanity tops when the time comes. What an effective and efficient team. Everyone we encountered with Stone Spirit was heads above any other organization and we reviewed, explored and interviewed many in an effort to find the most professional group, who could deliver on the earliest date and had the best price. They hit the mark on all accounts. We are beyond impressed and recommend Stone Spirit to anyone. We have a very large kitchen remodel/total tear out. It has pillars and corners that make countertop installation a challenge. One of our pieces was a massive piece of perfectly cut Quartz-what a challenge! And what skill we saw demonstrated. Ended up with beautiful new dolomite countertops from stone spirit. I am disappointed in a few things: the quote that was given was almost half of what we ended up needing to spend. I understand that there are many elements that go into this but when we are talking a few thousand dollars difference it is a big deal. The brackets that needed to be installed under the counter to hold it up were not completely secured and were not evenly spaced. We ended up purchasing 2 more brackets for $50 and installing them ourselves so it was not uneven and a eyesore. The sink that we chose was drip in because our sales girl said that an undermount sink was very difficult to work with. Later to find out if we had purchased an undermount sink it would have been installed that same day for us. We needed to subsequently hire a plumber to finish the job and seal the sink to the countertop ourselves. I did appreciate how easy the overall experience was. Communication was via phone or text depending on your preference and they were always there to answer any questions. It was a quick install and they cleaned up the mess that was left. read more

We ordered quartz countertops Jan 1. 2018, install didn't start till July due to waiting for cabinets.. however. An FYI, We are on our 7th counter top! All with significant issues, such as swirl marks from grinder, chips, cut wrong, yellowed edges on one counter. Nov 13, they installed this last horribly cut piece, we were told they have big Disney account and likely would not service us till after the holiday.. ugh. They have been paid but we have very substandard product in our home. The repeated prying off our new cabinets and exchanges of the counter top have damaged the dry wall, displaced our backsplash. We purchased thru Lowes, so now Stonespirit is instructing us to go through Lowes. Lowes Cagan Crossings is not easy to work with, Mike is kind but doesn't have authority to actually fix a problem so we wait! Again, this is their business and we are on 7th kitchen counter top for the bar. The side bar was completed after two. With Stone Spirit not responding. likely we will need all kitchen counters removed and buy from another source. so our entire kitchen will be torn up again. Every time they have to come back, we are inconvenienced.. have to be home etc.. lost time and use of our kitchen/ home. No compensation was offered for our troubles despite us finally asking after waiting into December and had no reply. SAD! read more

We had a very, very small problem - we needed a backsplash for a bathroom vanity. Masha did an excellent job of finding a matching piece of marble and they finished the job quickly. When it turned out I made a mistake measuring, they quickly and kindly fixed it. I think you can tell a lot about a company by how they handle a small job. Our neighbor had these guys install her granite countertop. Beautiful work! High quality! They were excellent and professional! We liked her counters so much we also code to get new granite.
