I've purchased all my kitchen appliances and 2 Bidet toilets over the years. They have a great showroom and I wanted to give them MORE business just this week but Marissa never, NEVER calls back. I chose the extended warranty as I had spent a great sum on the Wolf/Subzero package that included a total of 7 appliances. The extended warranty offer was the deciding factor as to why I purchased this particular package. The appliances came in staggered, with some taking well over a YEAR to arrive. Of course they blamed in on the manufacturer and Covid. Upon arrival and install, the installation "professionals" at First Coast Supply damaged my brand new custom cabinets. I had to have them repainted. Then, when it came time to ensure that I had indeed received my extended warranty, I learned that I did not have the extended warranty as agreed due to not "selecting" this and filling out some form. This was the first I heard of it and I certainly never received the form. First Coast supply had over a year to inform me of this and never did. First Coast Supply has essentially placed the blame on me and is refusing to do anything about the situation. Their response is "we cannot do anything about it." Some much for customer service. This is the second full kitchen appliance package I have purchased from First Coast Supply. I would highly recommend avoiding this business for any of your needs. They are happy to take your money and then when they make a mistake, they blame it on the customer and refuse to make it right. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

I've dealt with four or five shops in the past back in NY so I was familiar with pricing and the process already and felt very good about this place after going in to view samples. They came out right away after we submitted our deposit to template and didn't even require the old counters to be off in order to do so- awesome so we didn't have to go without counters and a sink for any amount of time between template and install!! They came back the following week to install. It was a very fast and efficient process. Everyone we dealt with from Crystal in the office to the template man to the installers were timely, friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the quality of the work done and were especially thrilled they were able to make the large sink area in one cut with no seams. I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

They had a large selection of remnants we made our choice on a Monday and by Friday they installed our countertops and they look great. The crew that did the installation was very professional, clean, and very fast. They even gave us some advice on countertops that we are going to replace in the very near future. If you are looking for someone with reasonable pricing (by the way) they were about a third less than anyone else, fast service, and great service these are the people you need to deal with.

We selected Dover Essex in truffle color and you can't find this beautiful cabinet color anywhere else. They are easy to communicate with and they respond in a timely manner. In creating our beautiful kitchen they also gave great suggestions such as open shelving to open the space to the left of the hood vent and a waterfall countertop that adds a classy look. So like most other homeowners looking for granite installers, I did my online research. I ran…read moreacross the big boys in town, you know the ones often referred to you by the granite warehouses. We even had a couple come to our house for estimates. Both were more interested in telling me what granite I wanted and how I needed to buy from their "preferred" distributor than in listening to me and my wife. I was very unhappy with both of them and knew there had to be a better company in town. I ran across Jacksonville Countertops on both Yelp and here on Google reviews and EVERYONE had great things to say about Chris and his team. My first meeting with him went great, he was courteous and professional and gave me a price THOUSANDS less than the other installers. One had calculated that we required four slabs of granite and was charging me for 164 sq/ft. When Chris measured it, he came up with 114 sq ft and required only three slabs!! Seriously, is that that much abuse in this industry? Do they think that homeowners cant calculate square footage? Chris didn't leave my house before I agreed to hire him. His reviews were fantastic, his price was the best, and we hit it off like we had known each other for years. When he returned a few days later to take measurements, he had the latest and greatest laser measuring system. Gone are the days of the old wooden templates. I was quite impressed and immediately felt even more comfortable that I had hired the right guy. Installation went smooth, he and his crew did it all in one day with perfect fit and finish everywhere. We couldn't be happier with the service, quality and the end result. We are doing my daughters kitchen soon and without a doubt, we will be using Chris and his team. My advice: Go to Granite Depot on Phillips Hiway and choose your slabs, they have the best selection in town. Then call Chris and let him take it from there. You will not regret it!

Plus, I get to pick out the granite I like by looking at the actual slabs instead of a sample square. With the latest technology, Chris was able to precisely fit this L shape countertop with the sink cutout as 1 piece. Countertops came out more beautiful than I expected.
