The cost to clean my 3 BR apartment was $150. The only rooms with carpet are the bedrooms. There was also an 8x10 and a 5x7 area rug in the great room. All were included with One Source. After I was quoted $137 fir the same job by Zerorez, the technician said that the area rugs were priced separately and the new cost was $220! I called the company and was basically told that, since I reserved online I may have been unaware that the price might change. My only option was to get less cleaned! Feels like a bait and switch scheme to me. I wanted to try Zerorez because the no "Rez" thing was appealing. Customer beware! You could end up spending a lot more than you planned.
