I do know Tyler personally (I need to let you know that because, you know, fairness and full disclosure and such) so he had been in my home and seen my carpet prior to cleaning it and he said that he thought he could make it look and feel new again. While I had my doubts, I made an appointment. He showed up with his van of tricks and explained the whole process to me as he was getting set up. I have two big dogs, so because of that, in addition to cleaning the carpet he was going to apply a disinfecting treatment as well. It made me happy to know that it's a chemical free process and that all of the cleaning solutions are citrus based. Every single little spot is gone from my carpet. Tyler's work is nothing short of some kind of carpet cleaning voodoo ninja magic and I'm so glad I let him have a shot at cleaning it. It looks, feels, and smells at least as good as new. It actually probably smells better than new because there's not really "that new carpet smell" but if there was, I would hope it smelled fruity and citrussyv and clean, because it's fantastic. Randy arrived on time on 18 APR and proceeded to get to work on our carpets. And yes, we vacuumed the entire house before his arrival with our 35-year-old Kirby upright vacuum. We had him focus on the high-traffic areas of two bedrooms and one office as well as a main hallway, entrance-way, living room, family room, and the stairs to the basement. He pretreated the entire carpet with a spray and then got to work. He brought out what he called the "heavy artillery" as our carpet hasn't been cleaned really well since well before the passing of our senior Italian Greyhounds several years ago. The heavy artillery was an electric-powered rotary steam scrubber. Think of a small floor polisher with steam and vacuum! That did the trick, and after finishing, he gave the carpet a good rake to lift the pile. Note that this heavy artillery is NOT gentle to the pile, but it does clean well! Oh, and he arrived with what seemed like a brand new van and a gasoline-engine-powered steam pressure generator. It looked factory fresh! Randy took care of the stairs by hand using an attachment and took his time getting it done right. Also, this rotary scrubber leaves a more than expected amount of water in the carpet...necessitating open windows for several days to properly dry the clean carpet. Word to the wise. All in all, Five Stars for great service, a technician who really knows his stuff, was pleasant to chat with, and did all this for us for $375. We're very pleased, and we'll have Scott's back again someday--and not wait as long.

Jesse texted us to let us know he was coming later than planned, which was fine, and he was friendly and professional. He worked diligently on some really dirty sections of one rug to make them super clean. He also disinfected and cleaned another carpet which someone got sick on. Now the carpets smell fresh and look great! The price was also reasonable for the amount of time and work he put in. I recommend this company and will use them for future carpet and rug cleaning.
