We had an outstanding experience with Dream Decks from start to finish. Originally, I was working with another deck company, but decided to call Dream Decks for a second opinion after the first company kept trying to change my design ideas. Luke came out right away with a true "can do" attitude, which was refreshing. I wasn't even shopping price--but as it turned out, Dream Decks was actually more cost-effective as well. By the end of Luke's visit, I told him he had just stolen the job from the other company. I'll never forget his response: "Coffee is for closers." Hilarious--and it stuck with me. Of course, the real question was whether they would deliver on quality--and they absolutely did. The Dream Decks team exceeded expectations every step of the way. They worked through cold and snow with incredible precision, removed our old deck, and built the new one in about a week. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and there was minimal disruption to our daily routine--it honestly felt like they were barely even there. We couldn't be happier with the final result. The deck looks amazing, and we constantly get asked who did the work. I've already recommended Dream Decks to multiple friends--and honestly, I tell them not to even bother talking to other companies. We had a guy come out fro. DREAM DECKS he talked to us about everything and said he would have an estimate for me within 2 days. 8 days later I contacted him to ask where my estimate was. He hadn't started it but ssid he would get back to me Another week goes by , I texted him to see if I was going to get an estimate or they didn't want the job 4 days later still no response. I think this is lousy way to trest potential customers read more

Don't bother going to this company unless you want thousands of dollars of work done. I contacted them four times to get a quote on additional work that needed done on our Trex deck. My deck needed railings, extra support in the center of the deck and lattice work around the back of the deck. I called twice and emailed twice. They kept saying they would get back with me and never did. I guess my work wasn't important enough to them!! read more

I called Dream Decks to come out and give me a quote. They asked me to text pics of the existing deck. I did just that. Said they would get back to me. Never heard from them, so I called and explained that I was following up on our previous conversation. The young man said he would forward the info. I again heard nothing and called and texted them again. They still have not contacted me. There is nothing more infuriating than having someone tell you that they will be in touch with you they never do. That is completely DISRESPECTFUL and uncalled for. We are extremely pleased with the construction and the look of our deck. We met dream decks at the Cleveland Home and Garden show. They made a great impression on us there and we were delighted to find out that they are local to our area. Andy came out in the early spring to look at our backyard and design a proposed deck on his computer. We were able to except their estimate and schedule the work to be done in May. I met with Luke on June 30th to discuss designs for a 3/4 season room and a new deck. On July 3rd I emailed Luke to ask for an ETA on the quote. I did not hear back until July 17th when I was told I'd have a quote that day or the next. On August 30th I still had no quote and emailed Luke again. Surprisingly I received a reply the same day saying I'd have a quote the following week. Now 12 days later, still no quote. I cannot attest to the quality of work Dreamdecks provides. However, if the quality of their customer service is any indication, I believe I'm better off having not found out. read more

We had a composite deck installed by Andy, Luke, Mike, and Julian and they did a beautiful job! Very respectful of our home and cleaned up after each day. The deck is amazing! We had a deck put on when this company was new and they did a fantastic job. At the end of last year and beginning of this year we decided to expand the deck and Andy began working with us for a design since he had the old deck in his computer already. I received some early discussions but found that he had gotten busy and hat he would get the plans to me. Here we are going into September and I still don't have the plans or quote for the job. I don't understand why when he company was beginning to make its mark I received rapid responses but since then I cannot get a response. Very disappointed. read more
