He removed a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and formal living room (which was never used), gutted an old shower area in the master bath and installed a new shower area, and built a new deck on the back of the house. We had an emergency water leak (that was not related to any of the work) and he and Rob spent a day running a new water line to the house for us. Rob and his team are the purest professionals and craftsmen. Rob brings with him a deep knowledge of his craft, professionalism at the highest level, reliable, efficient, solutions (not problems), curtesy, and the list goes on. I asked how long is our project going to take. Without anytime Rob said "6 months." In 6 months he renovated our kitchen, powder room, master bath and expanded our daughter's closet. They came out 2 weeks ago, a gentleman named Ryan, who at the time seemed very nice. 3 days after his visit he gave me an incorrect quote, having miscalculated total linear feet. Ok, it happens and I have to follow up with him asking where the corrected quote was. Was given a story, but ok gave me a corrected quote 3 days later. I responded to his quote asking for clarification and wanting to see the actual product and received nothing back from my email. Sent 3 more emails over several days, no response. Nothing. So I call him twice asking him to kindly call me back, nothing. Not a single email, not a single phone call. Ok, so I call the office, 3 times!! I speak to someone who apologized for his lack of response and they said they would reach out to him to get back to me. Nothing!! 3 calls to the office and not a single phone call or email response. I assume that business is so good for them they care little about more business. I guess I would ask, why do i need to chase them down when I am the potential customer. I would guess something is just not right here. Besides being unprofessional not responding, its just plain rude.

We will be calling on Chris again, hopefully soon for an outdoor kitchen! We still haven't moved into the house yet, so these photos really don't do justice to how beautiful these truly are. Kitchen is quartzite and bathrooms are granite. We selected the stones from Slabco in TR. Chris picked up the ones we wanted, measured and confirmed exactly what we wanted, cut the templates at his shop, and installed them within about a week - 10 days! We decided to extend the granite in the master bathroom to cover the space under where cabinets will go, and Chris came back really quickly to do the work - again at a good price, and again at fantastic quality. We also had an issue where the sink drains we'd chosen required more space. Chris was super responsive and was able to come over the same day to widen the drain holes in minutes. Cleaned up after himself too even though others were leaving messes. Can't say enough good things about the guy. He'sa pleasure to work with. Thank you Chris and team!
