I went back to Ferguson in hopes of purchasing a replacement and was greeted by the front desk rep who told us to just go look on the floor again because there were no available reps. It was very much like the employee's resented working on the eve before Christmas Eve and had suddenly unionized and formed a protest. The showroom itself has a wide variety of styles and price ranges for tubs, faucets, kitchens, etc. It is really helpful to get the visual. My wife returned after the holidays to look at the selection again and was very pleased with the help of Kaylee our sales agent. She was so pleased that she spent $2,600. Maybe I should have gone too? And, we learned that our style is "new traditional." How about that!? What is nice is that we got a print out of all the bathroom fixtures, faucets, towel racks, etc. that we purchased so we could show our re-modeler contractor. So I guess this turned into a good experience for everyone but the guy paying the bill and writing this review! But it will be a nice master bathroom.

Recently, due to house shifting, the full glass door had become misaligned and I called to the company to see if they could come out to make an adjustment. Literally, with in 15 minutes, Randy returned my call said he'd contact Mark, one of the original installers of my bath. Within 2 minutes after that, Mark called and I gave him the lowdown. He said he was in our area returning from another job and met me within 10 minutes to look it over. Since he'd left his tools at the previous big job he had to come back to do the door. 2 days later as planned, he called ahead and he stopped by for 5 minute job which corrected everything. Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen has a broad spectrum of bath & kitchen selections with sales staff that are comfortable in making the right selections for your home design project. Also, and this is key to a successful remodeling project, Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen has a very talented group of experienced craftsman(s) which is the "secret sauce" in being satisfied with the final product. Mark was our woodworking craftsman who had to design very specific kitchen drawers (like 18) and complicated appliance installation(s). Our painter, Alex, was exact, no mess and the finished cabinets & island are easily showroom quality. The last talent of the kitchen redesign team was the backsplash expert, "Naz" who installed three walls of travertine tile in a complicated diagonal design. Naz is a "Mini-Michelangelo". All the guys were respectful of our property, most of the preparation & cutting was done outside and every evening they would clean the work areas. A suggestion to the Dream Maker Bath & Kitchen management for a perfect five rating is better communication with the customer on the various work dates. We primarily wanted to stop to see what they offered in kitchen cabinetry. Although much of what they carry is builder basic, you can upgrade to really nice wood cabinets. You can send them your space measurements and they will assist you with the lay out. The employees were very helpful with information and helping us to get the layout of the warehouse. While I liked some of the high quality cabinets they carried, I don't know if it would be worth a two hour drive from Georgia. I think that I would prefer to just find a source closer to home just for the sake of convenience. However, if you reside in Greenville, this could be a great option for you. In addition to furniture, fixtures and accessories, (pull out inserts for drawers), they also had stones for a backsplash and area rugs. If you are looking for basic products for a rental or if you are just cheap, this is the place for you. This would not be a good option if you are looking for higher quality options.

The first associate we came into contact was Selena and boy were we happy to have run into her first thing. Talk about friendly, knowledgeable, professional and engaging that was her from start to finish. She truly sets the standard for what an associate at any store should strive for. Having said that about Selena, I can't neglect the next person that exhibited the same traits. Emily was in the middle of taking care of store duties when we ran across her. She stopped what she was doing and answered all of our questions, showed us where different tile patterns were and what tile might work best for us. Then there was one of the managers, Jarrett. He could not have been more helpful in taking care of a few issues for us, absolutely kudos to him as well. You just don't find stores like this anymore, not ones where friendliness, knowledgeability and professionalism are systemic from top to bottom.
