Will never do business with Ferguson again. I initially came in to look at faucets, was not greeted, and had to wander around until I found a sales rep at their desk that I felt like I had to beg to assist with figuring what what's in stock (in hindsight would've been better off shopping online myself). We ordered a faucet, but once received hated the functionality (again, the sales rep didn't talk through). I went back to Ferguson in hopes of purchasing a replacement and was greeted by the front desk rep who told us to just go look on the floor again because there were no available reps. We attempted to look at them and left to avoid wasting more money without professional input. We. And in to order all new appliances for our new house that is nearing completion. We were bate greeted....when we asked if someone could show us a particular line of appliance....we were told directions to check them out ourselves. Without anyone to answer a few simple questions, we left. This "help" caused us to drive to Jeff Lynch. There we were helped kindly by a knowledgable associate. Ended up ordering high end appliances there (range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, beverage fridge, washer/dryer). We spent over $30,000. Thanks Ferguson for not helping us. It took us less than 45 minutes at Jeff Lynch to answer our questions and place the order. read more

I think the company is great. i used build.com and Ferguson all over the US. But, Jake Tallents, the branch manager at this store is the worst. He damaged a product in delivery and he refused to make it good. Fortunately, for me, i called Bosch commercial directly and they replaced the dented door, no thanks to Jake. life is too short to deal with non reputably people read more

Pleasant gal greeted us as we came in. I asked where the Viking ranges are and she pointed in a direction. We came across a pleasant young lady seated at a computer and asked where the Viking ranges are and she said they did not carry them but Wolf and Thermador instead and then pointed to another area. No one ever touched base with us after that. You would think they wanted to sell stuff, guess not to us. Won't be back Received a very disappointing reply to my review. While very courteous, the thrust of the reply was that we should have made an online reservation to secure a time. Wow! Major deflection and a complete lack of understanding customer service. After reading the prior person's review, I was reluctant to go into Ferguson. But, I went in anyway on a Saturday. I was immediately greeted by a pleasant lady close to the door. She told me where to go for the shower accessories. I looked by myself for just a few minutes before another lady, Susan S., came to greet me. I did not know what I wanted. There are tons of brands, styles, and finishes from which to select so it can be very overwhelming. But, I told her my likes and dislikes and she was EXTREMELY helpful to me. After about 20-30 minutes with her, the showroom began to get crowded. But, she never once rushed me. With her help, I was able to pinpoint exactly what rain head, shower valve, and shower head to get. I had a deadline to meet on my selection and now I am very relieved.
