Now I think the owner became angry. Unjustified charges and destructive acts --It's happened before. Just a heads up. History: I hired another contractor to remove part of my sod, level the yard, put down new sod, and install a couple new sprinklers. I paused mowing with Pipo's for 3 weeks during that time. I guess it pissed them off because my next bill included an extra $65.00 for miscellaneous trash removal. I saw the mower make an extra trip to the truck to dump grass so I assumed the $65 was the standard fee plus $15 for an extra long area. No. The full $65 was for one extra trip to the truck. I'm not sure what they did but I soon realized my sod was dying. I have dead grass spots...I mean really dead...along the patio and the fence where the new sod was just placed. I checked the cameras around the yard but all I could see was the mower stopping and the workers standing there talking. When I cancelled service I got a pleasant "Ok thanks." The passive-aggressive attitude is more than I'll tolerate. Do NOT use this service.
