First big rainstorm, water coming through window frames, left message with contractor, no return call. Most of all, significantly underdelivered versus budget plan. Invoicing and related accounting practices were significantly 'incorrect'. Every surprise visit to site, contractor never there. Job ran over time with at times one worker with a young, unskilled helper only. Very poor communication from contractor. Would ask for photos many times, none ever sent, would leave messages and texts, and no replies for days. Would never recommend!!!!
