Everyone was always so kind and understanding, always kept very good communication and respond fairly quick to any questions or concerns we would have. Truly made our whole planning and the day of experience as easy as one can have planning a wedding they were very welcoming and understanding with everything we had brought to them and was more than willing to work with us with our culture, vendors, family, and everything else that came along with the day. We especially really appreciated Jaime she had helped us most being our coordinator she was a rockstar and made all our dreams and visions come true, one of the sweetest most understanding women we had ever met. The venue also itself is beautiful and not too expensive at all compared to other venues we had looked at. Definitely would do any form of special event there and amazing for photos! Over the years, more homes have been built in the surrounding area, and it's becoming increasingly difficult for residents to enjoy a quiet night when events continue this late. A successful venue should be able to host memorable events while still being considerate of its neighbors. I hope management takes the concerns of the surrounding community seriously and works to better manage late-night noise.

Because we live out of town, we explicitly offered our credit card over the phone to make a deposit and lock it in. An employee named KK refused the payment, confidently assuring us that a remote deposit wasn't necessary and that it was perfectly fine to pay upon arrival today. They even issued us an invoice, leaving us under the impression that our rental was 100% safe. The Morning of the Event (The Betrayal):Today, a family member called to confirm the final pickup details, only to be met with a total shock. They told us, "We don't have that throne anymore; we sent it out on delivery to another party." They quietly re-rented our item behind our backs without a single phone call, text, or warning, completely shattering our event plans. The Runaround (An Hour of Ghosting):Panic set in, and we scrambled to call them back to figure out how this was possible. Suddenly, they stopped picking up. It took an entire hour of continuous dialing just to get someone back on the line. When we finally reconnected with KK, she was completely cold, indifferent, and entirely unapologetic that her false promises had just ruined our event setup. Management (Zero Solutions):KK passed the phone to her manager, Victor, who immediately met our frustration with a defensive, "oh well, it's not our fault" attitude. We were completely desperate and willing to do anything to get the throne we needed, but they gave us absolutely zero solutions or alternatives. While Victor eventually backed down and realized how badly his team botched our reservation, they just shrugged and left us completely empty-handed on the day of our event. They blocked us from securing the item with a deposit, promised it would be held, gave it away behind our backs, and then treated us like an inconvenience. This company lacks basic professionalism, integrity, and empathy. Save yourself the nightmare and take your business elsewhere.

Hit the trees of the venue with her truck. Brought the wrong cake stand so I sent $220 for a cake table and had to use the cardboard from the baker. My flowers had awful metal pieces and zip ties on them. I was embarrassed of what I had for my wedding party. Let alone my colors had gold and she put silver all over everything. Then she didn't show up to pick up her stuff at the time she said she would the following day and asked me to keep them another day, even though I'm out of state. If you want your wedding to go wrong, she's definitely your girl. Too bad zero stars aren't a thing.
