The entire day felt effortless on our end because Rene had everything completely under control. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking--our lakefront ceremony on-site was stunning and set the tone for the entire celebration. Guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful and serene it was. From there, the night just kept getting better. We had an incredible violinist (who even performed with Bad Bunny at the Super Bowl!) which added such a unique and elevated touch. Our grand entrance with cold sparklers was unforgettable and felt like something straight out of a movie. And then--our Glambot moment! It truly felt like we were at the Oscars, and our guests had an absolute blast with it. To make things even more unforgettable, our Frenchie was our flower girl and made a grand entrance in a Porsche kids ride-on car, completely stealing the show. And as if that wasn't enough, our 100lb Sulcata tortoise was our ring bearer--yes, really! Rene handled all of these unique details flawlessly like it was just another day at the office. We had our wedding here on 4.24.24. It was hands down worth every penny. I'm not exaggerating, they have everything you'd imagine a wedding should be like. You start off with a tasting and meet some vendors, it felt like being in a movie. They also have a pretty lake for the ceremony. For your guest experience, they have ample parking and the reception area is on the same grounds. There is a house on the estate for your wedding party with a private Bridal Suite. Everybody kept asking me how I found this gem. If you want it done right, this is the place to go. We looked at 3 different venues and this was the best. They don't nickel and dime you for everything and they still offer the most amenities. The day of was wonderful, it was like a dream. The coordinator Renee was like a triplet, she was everywhere making sure the day ran smoothly so I could fully enjoy my day. They accommodated all of my requests and Renee was always a text message away. The food was awesome & I received so many compliments on it. The bar tenders were great and they have an option to provide plenty of alcohol (it was hit with our guests). My coworker told me how she over heard the bar tenders talking about how they had never seen anything like my wedding before and it was just the cherry on top! I felt like a Queen. Mama T was a character and my whole family loved her. It really made us all feel like a unit. It rained before my ceremony but Kendra was like an on-site therepist and she kept me calm when I was getting anxious. This place is professional! Renee even had a weather app that predicted when it would stop raining and then the entire staff dried the chairs in an instant. I'm telling you, this place is like a well-oiled machine, they really know their stuff. They provide a flexible time line and the grand exit was so cool! Every year on my bday I take family pixs with my kids. I emailed asking if they rent their facility for pixs & Renee was sucha sweetheart. I had my wedding in August and Renee and her team were great to work with! They were prepared for everything and anything. I love how they incorporate catering and alcohol, decor, and little extras to offer in their wedding packages. You definitely get mostly everything you could ever need for a wedding here, and if not they'll help you get it. Renee and Mama T are so lovely, they are great at their craft in all things wedding. My wedding came out beautiful and they made it flow so well, even with all the last minute changes or add-ons that were happening as the day went on. From open house events, tastings, rehearsal and to the big day, they were great and super accommodating. Love that they had a golf cart to transport me from the villa to the ceremony site, they literally made the day so easy for me. The ceremony was beautiful, the grounds were so well kept! They provided parasols and umbrellas for the guests, which they truly appreciated for being in the sun. Plus the baby duckies walking around the lake were so cute. Luckily it was not a super hot day, it was perfect, but they were still prepared with their large tent fans. The drinks were flowing and tasted great. The servers were all so nice during cocktail hour while serving appetizers and during dinner service. The in house catering was delicious, my guests even went for seconds Love that they had string lights hung up around the trees as well. It looked so nice at night! The venue grounds are stunning, you really don't need much decor to be honest. Also, Max, their in house Sax player was great! Overall, everything was amazing. They are truly a production and a team, which made everything go smoothly. If there was one thing, I was hoping for more communication and clarity leading up to the wedding between vendors and the venue. Nonetheless, it didn't affect the big day or anything serious because they made it all work the day of. Even my vendors loved working with everyone, they are the dream team. Mama T and Renee, you two are the best in the business! I contemplated on how to write this review without it becoming an essay because there is so much I want people to know!! Let me start by saying that from the moment I met Mama T and Renee, I felt like i've known them FOREVER! Immediately I felt like family! I stepped onto the property for the first time and I just knew this was the place for the BEST DAY EVER. The Property: The grounds are gorgeous and just dreamlike! There really is no need for a ton of decorations since the garden itself is so beautiful. There is already a tent there with chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Trees that provide shade for your guests when the weather is 90 plus degrees. My guests even said that although it was 97 degrees that day, it sure didn't feel like it! I had my ceremony lakeside. There is a spot for the DJ to set up, and Mama T even drove me in her car up to the site where I sat watching my bridal party walk to their seats. Mama T cranked up the AC and told me a joke to loosen my nerves =) The home is for you and your bridal party to use for 9 hours. The 1200 sq ft bridal suite is GORGEOUS! there's an area where your make up artist can do finishing touches, a walk in closet that is HUGE, and a platform in front of a huge mirror perfect for that photo op as you put on your dress. They even stocked the mini fridge with champagne for us girls as we got ready! What a lovely touch. The boys can get ready downstairs in two bedrooms. The fridge had beer for them. Boys don't need much, but that space allowed for them to be part of the festivities too! The Service OH my favorite part of planning this wedding was getting all the help i needed! i didn't hire a wedding planner because i'm a DIY kinda gal and Renee and Mama T were always there for me every step of the way! They had ALMOSt everything i needed at the venue; glass vases, tables, chairs, table clothes, table numbers, lawn games, large tables for dessert tables and displays.... it really helped me save money! I email them or text them and they reply quickly. It's like asking my mom or aunt for something and they were always willing to help if they can. Renee told me, "don't buy anything until you ask me." So glad i did! But the real amazing service was shown on the day of! i honestly had NO WORRIES that day, because Mama T and Renee took care of EVERYTHING! The wedding was a dream come true. Every one of my visions was brought to life. They truly know what they are doing. They even made my "spiral of love" come to life. i showed her a picture of what i wanted the ceremony chairs to look like, and she did it!!! i couldn't believe my eyes! all 145 chairs were set up in a spiral and my husband and i stood in the middle as our best friends married us. It was gorgeous. They even put out parasols for our guests to block the sun. My family and friends could not stop commenting on the food and the property! The chicken breast was the best they had EVER tasted. Fresh and flavorful, not from frozen meat. It made a huge difference. My family, VERY traditional Chinese, even complimented on the food. They said the wedding was well planned out. And i have to give it to Mama T and Renee, because i can't take all the credit. I can go on and on about their service, but trust me, you'd want to experience it yourself. They make wedding planning so much easier, especially if you're doing it yourself. Had my wedding there this past June 2023. At first everything was going good until the day of my wedding. One of the owners Renee was a bit unhinged the day of. She has her way of doing things and she's not really receptive to change. Not always will things go according to plan but if you're paying over $30,000.00 to use a venue it shouldn't matter! During my wedding and reception Renee was speaking very poorly about my guests, wedding party and myself. She told the DJ to cut our entrance into the reception song early. Everything felt rushed and when I didn't go with what she wanted me to do it was a problem. A lot rude comments in which I had to brush off because it was my wedding day. After my wedding I was told by several guests that they over heard Renee speaking very negatively about my guest my husband and myself! Which is totally unacceptable! One of which was my sister in law and she told me she confronted her about her comments. My brother and his wife just got married at this venue and it was absolutely fantastic! Renee and Mother T were on their "A" game all the way! Renee and Mother T never lost their cool and managed to do what they do best. They accommodated our concerns with professionalism, grace and made the whole event memorable. This three generation team will make your special day, a day to remember! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. My daughter and her husband just got married here in May 2017. I can be pretty demanding and expect things to be a certain way. That's my job. I'm the mama. No need for my daughter to worry. Absolutely beautiful event space but get ready to be hit with a ton of surprise fees that are highly unreasonable! Also, since they are so close to residential areas, their cut-off time for music is 10pm so your event won't last very long here. Their site says they can accommodate 500 people but as soon as your guest count goes over 150, the additional fees really start to rack up. read more
