I texted them to Chris and by the end of the day I would have either a text from him answering the question or a phone call. Communication during the entire process was excellent. It reaffirmed my decision to use Crystal Clear. The results were beautiful. My thoughts were that it was nicer then when it was new, without prompting my wife actually said that very thing when she first saw it.

I'm a "set-it-and-forget-it" girl and I wanted a pool cleaning company that took all of the stress of keeping a pool healthy off of me. Scotch Pools always shows up as scheduled, communicates if there are any problems or changes, and they've kept my pool sparkling clean. I've also used them for repairs and they did a fantastic job making sure everything is fixed and working properly. I also wish to give my technician, Adam, a shoutout. Not only does he do a great job of cleaning my pool, he's also been wonderful with helping me learn more about my pool and things I can do to keep my chemical costs lower during the hotter months of the year. He was very knowledgeable and helped us upgrade our pool to be a bit more self-service. We enjoyed our experience with him and the install technician and decided to move forward with weekly pool service. Unfortunately, it all went downhill from there. We had several instances where someone would come out and note that "everything was done" as shown in the attached photo. We'd be outside later that day and check the skimmer, which was totally full. Then we'd check the pump, totally full. For context, this was mid-summer, so it wasn't like leaves were endlessly dropping. I let Fernando know and he said it must be the leaves, so I let it go. Then a few weeks later, my pool turned green 2 days after a weekly service, right as we were having family over (mid-summer). I let Fernando know and he personally came to clean it and rebalance the pool. Then a few weeks later, the picture attached happened where the guy came for 1 minute, marked everything as done, and left without even entering the pool area. It just so happened we had installed security cameras and proved what we had previously suspected was going on (we thought he had done this a few times). Really unfortunate, but Commercial Swim's weekly pool service was very unreliable for us and ultimately deceitful in the end, in our case, which is what caused us to end the service. I would not recommend anyone work with them. I'd also caution anyone that may initially engage with them as part of a repair/upgrade. My experience was they send their best people out for that, but when you're on the weekly maintenance, good luck.

Yesterday I was disgusted to see the amount of brown algae, dirt, and mulch in the Lazy River. This is an ongoing problem. It's a shame we have to be embarrassed by the amenities that were one of the reasons we chose to buy our home here. Please do better!
