Rob was more than fair when it came to the estimate and I appreciate that he took into consideration what the wood was worth. Rob and his team listened to exactly what I wanted and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I even asked him to do additional work and he was more than happy to get it done. Probably my favorite thing about Rob, who is a Certified Arborist, is his love for trees! I could have talked to him for hours about all the different trees in the area! Instead of not wanting the job they should have said it right away without giving us the run around! Shocker!
