James decided it was a good idea to direct all of the passing vehicles to drive through the yard of our Airbnb, rather than simply move his own vehicle. I received several calls from the wonderful people that live near my Airbnb reporting this activity. Do know, if you hire this company for tree removal, you may end up liable for the negligent damage they may cause to your property as well as your neighbors. What James didn't realize is that this property is owned by a local attorney. We did attempt reaching out to James yesterday to give him the opportunity to redeem himself, however, he has dodged our calls and texts. We will see you in court James.

The company was always responsive to our request for services, but this year it has been awful. We made multiple calls for tree trimming. After expressing frustration did get some guys out to our home. They were descent in their job. Have called five times to get a scheduled ash bore treatment. No success. Always get the response with we will be out soon. We cancelled any potential visit in the future (if they even planned on it). We are done. There are many other companies that will contact. Not sure what happened to this company. We will not recommend them to anyone that asks. Last year my neighbor also told me she never got a response after leaving a message.

Two months later, still no germination (grass). I continually called the office...and multiple messages were left by the receptionist, Jessie. A.J. was kind and thoughtful in the beginning. Once money was received, failure to check on project, and return call was zero to none. I was given two options: wait til October to see if grass germinate, or sod. I opted for sod at an additional cost. Woke up ine morning, and without warning black and dead sod was placed in spots that didn't grow. Who does that? I took pics and sent to A.J. and asked to remove it! I then noticed a charge on my card for dead sod (not dormant). On a card, I asked Omaha Solutions not to save in the initial payment. Jessie removed the charge and my credit card from their records. Meanwhile, I didn't fertilizer my yard which I regularly do...because I didn't want to alter seeds. Now, I have crazy weeds. A.J. stated he would refund me $60; then change to refunding me $1.99 a lb for 7 lbs of seeds. I sent him a copy of a receipt for the same seeds I purchased for $3.69 lb....sent me a check for $20.00....should be for $31.59. Once again, I reached out to Omaha Landscaping Solutions asking Jessie to have the partner contact me. Nothing thus far! I have our conversations and receipts copied. He came out and gave us a quote that we liked so we contracted him for the job. He came out on Saturday with his crew and after they got set up and got the safety protocols in place, they went to work. In about 30 minutes they were done. They cleaned up our yard and piled the wood where we wanted, we wanted the wood, although they had a chipper towed behind their truck, and left. The job was done very professionally. I made the mistake of buying a Maple tree from Walmart. All this with dead limbs sticking oddly out at different angles at the top. I look at it and see the little tree that could (so I love it), but it really was becoming ugly, and we were concerned for it's longterm health and stability. Arbor Aesthetics came out and saw the potential in my sad tree too. My tree's ongoing treatment needs were thoroughly explained to me, and 2 men came out later to get started. These guys were amazing! I sat and watched them from inside my screen door (with the cat, he needed company) in amazement. One guy actually climbed up into my tree, which I didn't even know was possible. They took care with how they selected what to prune, trim, and save. Aesthetics were definitely near the top of the list, but I was most impressed with how they considered the health of the tree above all. I didn't realize just how bad my tree looked until it was given a proper haircut. So cute!! The bestest part?
