I was lied too several occasions saying my items was shipped USPS and on their way. Not true one week later I get a call from Littlebull.online auction saying they lost my bid item . I honestly didn't believe them . It was obvious to me they kept the items for themselves and screwed me over. Dishonesty and Cheats is how I can best describe Littlebull.online auction. If you win a good bid deal Littlebull.online auction will keep the item or items for themselves. 100% Dishonest to customers!

We chose them for our auction in El Dorado, and they royally screwed us over. The didn't unpack anything from any boxes to put in flats, they didn't even come to go through things until the day before the auction. They let boxes of hundreds of collectible cards, comics, and diecast go for pennies on the dollar! If they had unpacked like they said they would, we would have gotten a lot more for our stuff. Then, to top it all off, they didn't bother to clean up the trash afterwards, after telling us they would. When confronted about the lack of service, we were treated rudely, and basically told "Tough crap. Deal with it." Of all the money made, we got less than half. Horrible service, lousy auctioning, and poor customer relations!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I'm so pleased with my purchases. The prices are accurate and fair, the staff is helpful and friendly. The clients are going through a difficult time, no matter what their circumstances. I applaud anyone who would choose to help out families and individuals during the sale of belongings. I've looked into Picker's Parlor and the contract is clear and fair, the owner is very responsive. I think some clients just don't bother to read the contract. Joni and her staff bend over backwards to treat people and property with respect. shopping with Picker's Parlor spoils you for any other Estate Sale company.

My house was very cluttered, with lots of boxes to go through, which she was very aware. It took a huge amount of work to prepare for the sale. I paid for several loads of trash to be removed, and her staff worked hard. It was an entire house needing to be emptied. My complaints were these: many items I knew were in the house disappeared and were not in the sale (what happened to them?), there was evidence of a lot of breakage, no accounting of what the large furniture items and appliances sold for, I received less than 1/3 of the total, after she tacked on exorbitant extra fees, everything that she didn't sell was left in piles everywhere because I wouldn't agree to let Goodwill collect my remaining furniture. I had to quickly hire another company to hold an online auction for the remaining items and clean out my rental and I also advertised on Marketplace. Most people have never done a sale like this, so it's very difficult to find a good company. I would advise going over the contract VERY carefully, as there are built-in loopholes!. What other company charges their customers to advertise their sale? This honestly was the worst experience of my life and Joni Barker contributed to that. It actually led to my having a stroke since then. I was also hit later with an electric bill 3X over my normal one!

I sell items on consignment at Invio, and could not be happier with them. I found the other reviews…read moreto be out of line with my expierances. They have always been kind, helpful, and flexable with me... and I with them. To the others whom left comments or reviews, that I read. I have a few bits of info to share. If you are at all interested? At Invio they always require that you unload and assemble your furniture, this I am sure has to do with liability... I think... Like wise if people purchase oversized items they as well will need to carry them out. Smaller items they will help with and have dolly(s) they might use... If something is delivered the delivery people handle it... I know this because I have been there several times. I am sure that they would have helped you if it was not a store policy. To the individual that was not paid... They give you a copy of the itemized description and price sheet when you cosign with them as well as an automatic email, I can not imagine them not paying anyone, so perhaps this was some sort of error? There is a option on their website called "COSIGNER ACCESS" that you can use, the same one that anyone uses including me, to login and review what items are "AVAILABLE" OR "UNAVAILABLE/SOLD" and their amounts, etc... it will also give you a running total of your monthly sales, that update daily, everyone is paid via check with the items detailed on the 5th of every following month. Finally, to the person who hsd difficulty getting an answer, they are alwayd busy and like anyplace, they have no reason to not want the business... They offer CONTACT VIA: WEBSITE CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, TEXT, AND SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. I would try more than just one avenue for best success. So all that said, I have never before left a YELP review in my life. I only stumbled onto this all while signing in with a different web browser than I usually do... and arrived at these comments... I took the time because I believe they are just great and would not want anyone to think they were just terrible because not once have I ever hsd an issue with Invio.

Like many others, I've unfortunately found this company to be absolutely dishonest, irrational,…read morefavor theft, and truly barbaric in their customer service. My recommendation is do EVERYTHING you can to stop your insurance from using this lot if you get in an accident. They gaslight and lie constantly. I got hit by a semi-truck in a Honda Civic, the commercial trucking company was non-responsive, and I decided to go after them directly while maintaining my car as "owner retained" with CoPart. They said I could store the car there for 4 weeks, and this is after my insurance stored the car there 9 months. They said as long as I keep in contact they would not declare the car as "abandoned" and they maybe able to give me more time. I kept in contact, talked to them at least once a week every week, and in the last week they became absolutely rabid!! They said they'd give me 10 more days, and I asked for additional time because I had just begun the lawsuit process and it's important for evidence preservation. I offered to pay, and they said I had to talk to a manager. When I called back to talk to a manager the customer service rep was hysterical, she did not want me to talk to a manger, she was interrupting me constantly, and I had to shout just to say "DANNY TOLD ME TO ASK A MANAGE IF I CAN PAY FOR CONTINUED STORAGE".....It was really an insane experience. They literally tell you to talk to a manager, then hysterically attack you for asking to talk to a manager. I FINALLY got a hold of a manager, Nancy, explained that Danny told me to ask the manager directly about payment for additional storage time so I don't know why the cust service rep was so hysterical, offered to pay for additional time (2 weeks extra is what I was asking for), and she threatened to steal my car! Nancy said she could take my car today if she wanted to! She said she was just being nice by upholding our verbal agreement to give me an additional 10 days, but she legally she could take my car today if she wanted to. Nancy just wanted to completely renege on our verbal agreement and lie so she could steal my car. It's not normal to respond hyper-aggressively and threaten to steal from people after they offer to pay you....that's just someone who really wants to steal. I told the general manager about this, and he had absolutely no problem with it. The general manager is fine with his employees threatening to steal....and all of this is because I offered to pay them for additional storage time...it was absolutely insane! These people are just looking for a reason to break agreements so they can steal from folks. They also kept repeating that they aren't a storage lot, and this is right after they just stored my car for a month as an owner retained vehicle and they stored my car for 8 months on behalf of my insurance. Again, they're just looking for a reason to steal from you, and they become SO aggressive, shouting, interrupting, repeating nonsense like "we don't store cars" as they're literally storing cars right now and have been for 9 months, etc. In the middle of a painfully lengthy and traumatic accident, people shouldn't have to deal with dishonest, irrational, rabid crooks like this. These people just aren't normal, and I recommend that you avoid them like the plague.

Personally, I have dealt with Wichita Copart many times and have never had an issue. The reason I felt compelled today to leave a review is I gave one of their employees, Nel, a rather hard time about a title discrepancy. I won't go into the details but I will tell you that--while I was I was growing impatient about something--she handled my frustration very patiently whereas most assistants During this banter would have been much less professional. So, after I apologized to her, I realized this gal has experience, and not only knows what she is doing on the business but knows how to handle the people of this industry. Additionally, she was able to rectify the problem (and quickly) in the end, and as if I was the nicest person in the world (which I wasn't, so, of course by then I feel bad). so, thanks again!
