Such a cute shop. They had cute clothes and beautiful jewelry. The kind of clothing can be for younger teens and older women. Which makes it nice. It's tiny but they do have two fitting rooms. And me and my friends must have spent more then an hour there because they had a bunch of cute stuff and we loved trying on their clothes. The girl at the counter was super sweet and very friendly. The price of the clothes is pretty standard with what it would cost if you went to the mall. I did get an entire outfit which I was very happy about. Downtown Brentwood is quite the shopping scene (who knew?) Drenched is a part of that with on trend but well priced clothing and accessories. If this were a boutique in the city or one of the bougier East Bay towns, I could see some of the items almost being double the price! I've stopped by here a few times while shopping at the Farmer's market and was drawn in by their clearance rack outside having such cute items-so of course I had to go in and see more. Very nice staff who welcome you, offer suggestions and will give you their honest opinion on if a piece will work for you. They have darling sweaters, cozy but trendy jackets, scarves, hats, jewelry, candles and more! I ended up purchasing a cute camo fleece with a hood for these chilly mornings and evenings out in far East County and a burgundy long cardigan, great for layering. I'm so happy with my purchases and didn't spend "boutique prices" for some one-of-a-kind items. They tend to get only a few of each piece, so if you like something, snag it! I lve Drenched boutique! There are many dress and accessory boutiques in downtown Brentwood but this is the one most catering to us millennials lol. Drenched always has the latest and cutest seasonal pieces at decent prices. The employees are always friendly and sometimes they give buyers a complimentary gift. I bought a dress here and did not have time to try it on on Mother's Day so I asked the girl who was working if I could return it if it were to not fit while she's in the middle of ringing me up, she said yes, undisclosed to me I can only return it to buy more of their clothes even though I'd literally bought it 2 days before bringing it in to return it. I brought the dress back thinking I could get my $73 back for one dress that felt like forever 21 quality, the girl at the desk said their machine only lets them do store credit?? In 2023?? Okay sure. And when I told her the other girl had told me I could return and did not say it had to be store credit she said "I'm sure she did" when she wasn't even there?? She also laughed while doing my exchange and she told me it's on the receipt which I wouldn't see until after already paying for the item so how would I know that till after I've already given then my money. So now I'm stuck with some tank tops that are again, forever 21 quality, for $34 a piece. This also happened to a friend of mine and I should have listened to her before shopping here. Bad customer service and overpriced. Spend your money elsewhere. In my opinion any business doing returns for only store credit knows they're selling things not worth the price, shame. read more
