I have shopped other fine stores for years on the Peninsula and SF, but here is a shop that feels different - European - this place feels unique, esp in our area. The combination of new and antique wares, the flowers, and the artistry in the store design is breathtaking. Purchased a flexsteel sofa. Paid over $5300. This is the…read moreworst purchase I've ever made. I immediately contacted the salesman same day of delivery and expressed how dissatisfied we were. He said there is no returns and I can contact flexsteel for assistance with the sofa. I contacted them and they said we have to go through the furniture store. I'm soooooo disappointed. This looks like a piece of garbage. There's no stuffing in some cushions and the frame looks like distorted. The pics show how awful it is. We've only had it since March of 2024.
