Weeks of gathering documents and answering all their questions. Things were fine at first but in this last month, as we've tried to get past the final steps, R&J completely ghosted me. I've called or emailed every other day practically begging for a status check. No response, no proactive update, crickets. Huge waste of time and waste of running a hard credit check.
