Instead of discussing the actual job or offering a professional response, they sent a long, disrespectful message full of assumptions and accusations. This attitude reflects a clear lack of experience in working with vendors, property managers, or structured workflows. If you're looking for someone reliable, communicative, and focused on the work--not drama--I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Got the stove out told them to pick it up and get it out of here knowing roaches will come in from outside from this,stove. And then the scam...our stove never had bugs, it's yoir fault, yet they waited days to pick it up outside my yard. Then as it's delivered its all beat up , melted top,and clock is missing parts of its numbers, as he turns it on and it starts smoking saying it's the chemicals they used to clean, Ya OK..burning bugs! This is a nightmare! They take no responsibility and try to threaten store credit of damaged , no refunds, you all brought it to me damaged and infested, this is highly stressing my family and animals out. Now I wait for them to say when they do pick it up, that's not our stove, as they took our older perfectly working stove. Our world is now turned upside down now. The area is dirty and old it needs to be updated in décor and washers/dryers. The labels for how much everything costs was hard to find. The place was dirty and needs a good cleaning. There was no customer service there. So the staff only works a few hours out of a day so really its no help to you if you ever have an issue with one of their washers and dryers. I would only recommend the mcmaken Laundromat across the street that location is clean and decent and has updated washer and dryers "and also offers triple load washers and dryers". Plus if you need customer service for any reason they are there though out the business day until closing time. Personally I like mcmaken Laundromat better.
