Nonetheless it was awesome they were able to fix it, show us the issue, and was fast and very friendly service which was very respectful and informative. We appreciated the honesty and was honestly worth the money not having to mess with it and knowing everything was checked and right after installing the new fan. They didn't do our initial install but there were some concerns that they were able to address and answer about the other company's work while they were here. It was nice to get some honesty and know that the first company took some shortcuts. Would use the environmental doctor again hands down based on honesty and great customer service.
