I paid $170 dollars to have my carpets cleaned last week, however, later the same day I noticed that the carpets were not cleaned well so I called and spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Doug. Doug said that they could come out Sunday between 11 and 3 and re-clean my carpets, which is thier satisfaction guarantee policy. DOUG knows I have family coming in from out of town for Thankgiving, and knows I needed this done BEFORE Tuesday. Today, Sunday, I waited home all day not just from 11 to 3, but all the way up until 7 p.m. which is the time that dri masters closes, hoping they would show up. My husband and I both called and left messages, multiple times. Not only did they not show up but they never called me and never answered their phone. Now here I am, I've spent $170 on my carpets, and they look like they were never touched and they are refusing to answer their phone. I would like a refund of my money or I would like them to come out and clean my carpets immediately before my family comes into town. if I do not hear from them by the end of Monday and they fail to keep thier promise of recleaning my carpets, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as proceed to get my money back in a civil manner. I had a phone estimate of $145. Two guys arrived and spent a total of 10 minutes in my house to do 3 bedrooms, 13 steps, two landings and a 10 ft. hallway. Then they charged me $259.70. The carpet was fluffed up a bit but most of the stains were still there. I could see that some areas with less traffic weren't even wet. The guys told me that the carpet looked stained because it was wet but if I let it dry and ran the vacuum over it the next day, it would come up OK. It didn't. I used this business to have a few chairs and sofas cleaned. While the two young men that came to the house were very nice, their job was awful. They did not wear booties or in anyway try to protect the rug that was in the living room where the pieces were placed. In turn, they got my new rug all wet, explained to me that they "cleaned" the area they got wet, told me NOT to walk on it for 24 hours, and then proceeded to walk it themselves while they were gathering their things to leave. When I called the office the next day to report that they had left boot prints all over my rug, I was greeted with rudeness and told they could not come back to clean it for several weeks!!! He acted like he was doing me a favor by coming back to clean the rug that they messed up in the first place. And never apologized for the mishap. Do yourself a huge service and DO NOT use this business. read more

My tenants used this cleaning service on the carpets. Rather than provide me a receipt that they actually paid, they sent me what looked like an estimate paper. I called the number to verify that they had indeed paid for and received the service. The person who answered the phone was completely unhelpful and RUDE! He told me because it had been more than a week, he had no way of knowing whether or not the service had been performed. Evidently they do not keep records of their service. They send it to an "accountant." He would not give me the name of this person so that someone could verify this information. I am military stationed 1000 miles away so I couldn't verify that this service was done myself. If you are a landlord I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding these people since there is no way they could possibly provide you with a receipt for your taxes, if you happen to misplace it. There is no way they will help you at all. I require my tenants to clean the carpets and I let them choose the vendor but this vendor will now be on the NOT ACCEPTABLE to use list. This company is completely unprofessional. No wonder they have a 1 star BBB. read more

Do not use these guys I repeat do not use these guys. They charge you before they even go out to do the work. I got charged and they never did the work. I GAVE THEM DIRECTIONS AND MY CELL PHONE NUMBER and they assured me they knew where was because they go there all the time. What is maddening about this outfit is they are the poster child for men every where that can't follow directions.They don't use common sense having been at this complex by simply asking the leasing office on the premises where my apartment is.They instead call my home number and left messages when I gave clear instructions to call my cell because I was moving. I. Got my messages two days later. I told them to forget it and reimburse me my money that should have only been charged after the service. The man argued he could not. They are not about customer satisfaction. They prefer to argue. Bad buisness practices! I called my credit card department to force a credit back on to my card. I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. My landlord is now deducting this from the deposit. I never ran in to a company that insists on keeping your money! What a jerk. I called and scheduled my appointment for 1/3/17. Oops, silly me- I forgot to ask about Saturday appointments. I believe I called back a day or two later and asked about Saturday appointments. The guy was nice and moved it to the 7th. On the 6th, I called and explained I had a death in the family and the guy goes, "Oh we've already rescheduled it from the 3rd to the 7th." I said, "...Yeah... is that problem??" He said, "No, it's just that we've already moved it twice." Actually, that's only moving it once, but, hey, I'm no math teacher. Anyway, I respond by saying, "Sorry, I can't control people dying." Etc., etc.... I ended up calling back and canceling. His response to my cancelation, "Perfect!" (???) Who wants to hear that after losing a family member? How insensitive? Well, Dri-Masters... now you've lost my business altogether. I was doing my whole house, too, and was going to use you for my parents' home as well! I guess business must be great! read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had with carpet cleaner services. The staff that showed up were not in the best mood... I guess Friday is the worse day to schedule this service as they were doing the job as fast as possible to get out. In the middle of the rush one of them moved one of the sofas and instead of lifting it, ends up tearing the carpet in two parts. At the end I paid because they promised they guaranteed to repair it. What a terrible mistake! I called Doug, the owner and after hiring the company to repair the tear, they decided they were going to look for another contractor, after three weeks of no hearing from them I called and they said they were still looking for a contractor to come and fix the tear. After 5 weeks they ended up accepting to let me have the contractor I had contact initially. Terrible customer service!! At the end the carpet looks worse than before. read more

Unprofessional people. Terrible customer service. They scheduled my appointment between 11 a.m. - 3 p.m., and told me I would get 30 min notice before the technician arrived. I get a call from the tech at 9:35 a.m. saying he'll be at my house in 10 min. Note that he didn't ask permission to arrive early, he said he's on his way. I told the tech my appointment was not supposed to be until 11 a.m., at the earliest. And he said, "ACTUALLY, your appointment window was from 10 - 2 p.m." So I called the main office to ask where the breakdown of communication was, and I was told it was "not a problem" the tech was probably just "running early." When I said it IS a problem because I am at work and didn't plan to have to be home at 9:45 a.m., because my appointment was supposed to be a little later in the morning, I was basically brushed off and treated like I was overreacting. Like pretty much everyone else in the world, I have a job with obligations throughout the day and keeping my schedule in order is very important. When I called to highlight that there was a problem with their "system," I was told it's "ma'am, not a big deal." Okay. Except it IS a big deal, and you need to fix your issues. I just bought a house and needed the carpet cleaned. I had a 238 sq. ft. living room and a 39 sq. ft. hall to be cleaned. Because the room was larger than the max room size allowed of 200 sq. ft., I was billed $ 90 for an oversize room and the hall thrown in. For comparative purposes, an offer of $25 per room (3 room min) for a total of $75 was advertised in the Valpak. That would be 12.5 cents per sq. ft. vs. the 32.5 cents per sq. ft. I was being charged. Did I have a choice, sure. But I needed it done and got next day service. The appt. time was between 3PM and 5PM. 5PM comes and goes, no call. I called and left message. Was called back in minutes, running late. Was appx. 1/2 hour away. Got to my house an hour later. One guy. The company advertises they move furniture. Without my help, nothing was getting moved! The guy who came was very cordial and knowledgeable and explained the entire process. The estimated drying time is supposed to be 1-2 hrs. Mine were still damp 4 hours later when I went to bed. My recommendation would be to shop around and try to get a price per square foot or rent a machine and do it yourself if you have the time and ability. read more

This company did a terrible job on our MD townhome. This was just a couple of days ago. We were quoted $79.95 for two rooms and only needed one room. We ended up getting one room and a hallway for $105. They never told us about the additional costs of the micro ban treatment and would not substitute the stairs (8, btw) for the other room. They only applied a chemical and told us the process was to let that chemical dry and then we had to vacuum once it dried. Well we have pets and the reason we asked to get it cleaned was because one of them had an accident. Unfortunately, after the cleaning it still smelled like pet urine. I mean and the smell was worse like the treatment spread the smell even more. Completely unsatisfied with the service. The technician was nice but I had to remind him to remove stains. It was just not a good cleaning and a waste of money. Could've done a better job with a rented machine myself. YOU ARE WARNED NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. read more
