Due to COVID 19 they social distanced from me the whole time they were working. I've made too many moves in my lifetime and I was thoroughly pleased with how they handled the furniture and were able to get it up to the 2nd floor without banging the furniture or walls. Called them, stated the problem and they agreed to come out the next day. Well these promises went on for three days until they finally stated they were too busy to come back. I than hired an appliance repair company who found the problem to be that the drain line was installed to deep and was fixed in ten minutes. I can't believe Ken and Marc were too busy for a ten minute fix. If they hadn't lead me wrong for three days I would have felt differently.
