We scheduled a same day in-home free estimate/consultation which I thought was a very nice touch and he was even willing to work around my 12-hour shift that I had been working that day. Stair Masters Moving company is absolutely the best moving company I have ever hired!! I am speaking from experience as I have moved over 40 times in my 60 years of life. I spoke to Tyler about my recent move with only a week's heads up and he scheduled me and assured me that the move would smooth, and worry free. Well he was right!! Most all moving companies will only give you two guys and a medium to small truck. Tyler sent 4 guys and the largest truck you can get that is not a semi. These guys were machines. They didn't play around. I had a 10x30 storage and these guys c had that unit emptied and moved to my new place in lightening speed. I admit that the quoted price was a little higher than some of the other movers I priced but I promise you that the completed and closed it final charge was half the price of other movers. instead of 3 or more trips to move everything was moved in one trip. Nothing was broken and everything went smooth as promised! I am so impressed with this company that I wrote a review, which I rarely do. The 4 guys who moved me were exceptionally kind, clean mouthed and respectful. it's a rare thing these days to see all that from one person, but all 4 of these guys are deserving of the praise. He was upfront about wanting to see exactly what I needed moved before giving me the best quote, which made sense. Tyler did a walk through with me to give me an estimate for my loading. He advised on how many moving blankets, bungee cords and other items I will need for the loading and he was spot on. Team came in on the decided date and were very thorough and careful with all my Items. I had a ton of fragile stuff (glass, crockery, 70inch OLED tv, and a very expensive gaming equipment) and the team did an outstanding job of packaging it and securing it properly in the truck so it wouldn't move around. We had to move from our old to a new apartment on an emergency basis. Tyler and his team were up to the task. The move required packing boxes, disassembly of a few larger items, and going from a second-floor unit to a third-floor unit. Everything was handled with care, and the move went well. This is a very young company with an old soul! I had a very large move that I thought I could handle with me and a friend but after I packed the 26' uhaul I realized I was in over my head with the removal ! I called at 4:30 pm on a Saturday from fernandina beach he met me in yulee in an hour and a hour later he had removed all 4 rooms and my living room of my house! Not to mention I own an entire GLASS living room set with an all glass fireplace ! He moved it all without one scratch ! He was personable and extremely kind and efficient! I was planning on helping my daughter move and was going to rent a U-Haul truck but was looking to hire a couple of guys to help, especially with some heavier items on stairs etc. I contacted Stair Masters regaurding hiring labor and they explained what they could do for me. They were able to not only provide the labor, but also provided the truck, moving blankets, two wheeler, dollies, straps, tape etc. at a cost very similar to what I was going to have to pay for the U-Haul rental and labor. Additionally, they showed up on time, we're very careful not to damage furniture, walls, floors etc. and was able to complete the job in less time than was estimated.
