I can't believe I had never noticed Premier Auto & RV Detailing before, since they are only about 1/2 mile from our home. Well my wife took her 2017 Honda CRV to a different detailing business in Hudsonville and I took my 2018 Honda Accord to Premier Auto & RV. My wife's vehicle still had debris in the cup holders, all of her windows and instrumentation lenses were smeared and smudged, her engine compartment was still filthy, and the sidewalls of her tires looked dull and dirty. When I picked up my car from Premier Auto and RV, I was extremely pleased at the flawless job they did on both the inside and outside. No streaks or smudges on windows or instrumentation lenses, no dust or debris could be found anywhere inside my vehicle, the leather seats had been cleaned and treated and looked amazing, the engine compartment was clean and spot free, and my tires looked like they were brand new! Premier even gave me a $30 new customer discount for trying them out. I am so happy that I found this place, and they have earned my business for both of our family vehicles going forward. We took our vehicle to Premier for an interior detail. We were extremely unimpressed. We couldn't…read morebelieve that someone would say they have detailed the interior of your vehicle when there are clearly spots missed, wrappers still on the ground, and surfaces that had clearly not been touched. On many of the surfaces you could rub your hand over it and have dust/dirt on your skin. When we brought back to have them take a look at some of our concerns, were told there is only so much they could do and that they were just focusing so hard on getting our carpets done they must have missed some of those spots. Even the second time through there were multiple spots that were not clean. We offered to leave the vehicle there so they could take a second look without us present "watching" them work and were told, "no it won't take long." One of the main issues is the shop itself has poor lighting which I'm sure makes it difficult to even see where the surfaces are dirty. Wanted to support a smaller, family owned business but will not be back.

I had the best auto body fix experience of my life and I have been driving for 53 years. This firm…read moreis the best and they go above and beyond their promise! They were on time and they communicated wonderfully. My car came back and it was cleaner inside and out than when I took it to them and the problem from someone backing into me with a trailer hitch was fixed. The cost was competitive and very high quality work. They noted that some sensors had been knocked out of the back bumper (they repaired the front) and they found them and put them in. The dealership had quoted they would cost over $1500 to replace and there was no charge on my bill! They just fixed them! This kind of service just doesn't happen and it was so nice to have my car fixed and beyond my expectations. It is also good to add that everyone in this firm is nice and they treat people well. This is good to note as I am never comfortable getting my car fixed. They tossed in some had washes for free and I'll be using them and take the car in for hand washes a lot. I would like to be a better customer, but I don't have a lot of crunches to fix. Everybody was great (and there are a couple of cute sweet puppies in the office), but Tyler was the man in charge and he was stellar! Thank you Auto Body Xperts!
