You could make an appointment online or call, but given I had a couple questions, I decided to call and make it here! I added a shampoo to the front row of my car ($59) and cleaning my trunk for $10. Totaling $128. There's a small waiting room and I was in and out within an hour. My seats were a little wet (they warned me) but this allowed me to get home in a timely manner. I think next time, I'd consider getting a full interior detail for $199 (I think) instead of adding things a la carte (especially since my car is 2 rows and it would be $59 each). I feel like that price is pretty equivalent to other companies.

I Took the time to get someone to take me to drop my car off (also transporting a little one) for them to have my car all day and the detail work is something I could have done from home in 30 mins. Being so strict about a 9am drop-off while keeping a car all day and delivering subpar results is . One of our vehicles runs hot and tends to burn through oil quicker than it should and they're always happy to top it off for us. With every oil change there's always a coupon for a free car wash but even without that it's still our first choice to wash and vacuum the van because the suction is always the best out of the local car washes (even the chain ones aren't as good). long story short, we are happy to support this locally AND family owned business!
