Never happens at a convenient time, right? To make matters worse, the portion of the broken crown that remained on the tooth was jagged, affected my bite, and I was concerned that I might actually inhale a piece of it as more of the crown continued to erode. Early the next morning, I called Dr. White's office and was told that they "could work me in with his associate" at noon that same day. I took the appointment. When I arrived, I was somewhat at ease because I was already familiar with the office staff and dental assistants BUT this was going to be my first experience with the "associate" dentist. To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive. When all was said and done, I had one of THE BEST experiences I have ever had at a dental office - and I've had many. As a result, I strongly recommend Dr. Kindra Dietrich to my family, friends and you. Here's why: Remember, I had been worked into her already packed schedule. After Dr. Dietrich introduced herself and began examining my broken crown, I quickly learned that she was focused on providing me with the best experience and dental care possible. Rather than requiring me to come back later in the day to get the process started, she insisted on working through her lunch hour so I wouldn't have to make a 50-minute return drive. Those 3 filling on right bottom are to date 6/5/24 so very sensitive I cannot tolerate anything cold. I have made contact by email & left message at office. We had a great first visit with Dr. Mary. She answered all our questions, without rushing. My inquisitive son had approximately 50 questions and Dr. Mary and her sweet staff answered them, putting him at ease. At the end of the appointment, Dr. Mary was also clever with distracting my son while we talked details about the procedure, so he didn't hear anything that might make him nervous. We opted to try conscious sedation first. I was pretty sure it wouldn't work on my anxious, talkative son. Well much to my surprise, it did! Dr. Mary and her staff were fabulous my son. They gave him movie goggles to watch whatever he wanted on Netflix, along with big headphones so he couldn't see or hear the tools. Everyone we dealt with was extremely caring, kind and attentive. I don't recommend getting eight cavities at once, but if your kids have any cavities, this is the place to go!
