The staff is friendly. Heather performed skin tightening laser treatment. I have recently been diagnosed with rosacea and she focused on the areas where I am starting to see some redness. She was very friendly and attentive. Since I have never had this performed anywhere before, I really have no baseline to compare it to. She could have been super thorough or not nearly thorough enough and I would have no clue! She initially cleaned my face, applied the laser and then a tightening mask. The whole process was approximately one hour. I was told that the collagen production doesn't increase for 3 weeks and it takes 3 sessions to see results. Stay tuned on results but experience-wise, it was good.

I have always been nervous about and around medicine and doctors. From the first appointment, I felt like Dr. Anna truly listened to my concerns and made sure to address and discuss each one thoroughly, plan a course of treatment, and then provide follow up instructions. I have left every appointment with a better knowledge of my body and how to live and move in such a way that I feel better. After a recent accident, I was experiencing lower back pain in a way that made sleeping and standing for long times a real challenge - I made an appointment and the improvement was instant and marked. Knowledgeable about all the latest skincare, she takes the time to thoroughly check and evaluate your skin and explain what she sees and how to best treat it, including holistic methods if that's an interest for you. A few years ago, it was clear I had bad interactions with different ingredients in products, but we didn't know which they what. Theresa uses a special system of skin testing that comes from Canada and will give you not only what you're reacting to, but gives you lists of current products on the market that contain it. When I moved back to DC, my excellent dermatologist there had never heard of this testing program and wanted to purchase it herself. I'm now living in New England and as family is local here, I figured why not come back to Theresa versus try my luck with another? Her front desk staff is super warm and friendly and fit me in quickly. Her new office is super cute and there's even a fresh juice bar inside.
