Then I met with my trainer, Devon. At first it seemed too good to be true, everyone was so positive and supportive from just one meeting. Now after 8 months of going, I know it's just the people. When you join KW, you gain this amazing support system. The coaches and staff are absolutely amazing, empathetic and driven people. From the moment I started, people knew my name, always greeted me, and made me feel comfortable. It's really been life changing to have not only someone to keep me accountable to do my weekly workouts, but also to be flexible. As a mom of two toddlers I don't always have control over our schedules and if I have to change a workout last minute my coach is always responsive and ready to reschedule to make it work. No guilt trip, no negativity, just support and positivity every step of the way. The workouts are fun too. Thirty minute sessions of grind, and not as much cardio as one would think. I used to run and loved it, but I will say that was a worry for me. Our cardio comes in different, shorter bursts. Sometimes in the form of games or creative things, not just running or burpees, the boring things. I highly recommend this place for people who need flexibility and support when working on not only their physical, but also their mental and really overall health.

I started on this journey with the staff of Cuse Camp as my guides. From Day 1 they were helpful, they pushed me without me feel uncomfortable. They adjusted exercises to fit strengths and weaknesses. Their ability to also add in nutrition and yoga as part of the program with daily facebook posts of additional exercises helped make this company hit every facet of the conditioning of the body and mind. The trainers are like family, you can even call them on a bad day for support. The people there are like family as well. No one judges you, they all support you, makes you feel good. Simply... I decided to do this since I am a big fan of getting some daily workouts in and I'm so happy with this facility. Firstly, the staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. I really enjoyed a walking in everyday and being greeted with such warmth. Secondly the facilities are very clean, from the main lobby to all the workout areas and even the locker rooms. Finally, this branch has anything you might need: they are so well equipped! There are indoor tennis courts, they have an indoor field of turwhere people practice soccer and lacrosse, a variety of weight lifting equipment from dumbbells, weight machines, squat racks, bench presses, and also a variety of cardio machines (treadmills, elliptical, bikes, stairmaster)... I even saw a punching bag and some jump ropes around the weightlifting areas! Literally anything you could want, I'm sure you can find here, except maybe an indoor pool. I appreciated how respectful and considerate everyone who comes here was! Even the youngest members of the Y seemed very polite and mindful of themselves, something that always makes a gym experience better. I absolutely love coming here during my visit and will definitely take advantage of the student policies while I'm in school moving forward since it is a good way to access workout equipment while in town. Perfect facility for a variety of workouts/sports in Manlius--makes me wish I lived here!! Would recommend to anyone, sincerely!
