Before the big rains we had in March, Peter came by and had his crew go up on my roof and tarp the areas where the leaks were coming from. They put up three or four tarps to protect everything. What really stood out to me was that when my neighbors saw what they were doing, they actually chased his crew down the street and asked if they could come back and tarp their homes as well, and Peter took care of them without hesitation. That impressed me a lot. When they came out to demo my roof, they made sure everything was cleaned up each day, which I really appreciated. At one point, a neighbor's screen was damaged from wind blowing debris off the roof, and without hesitation, Peter offered to repair and replace it. That says a lot about the kind of integrity he runs his business with. They were always on time, worked full days, stayed within the budget they originally quoted, and were completely upfront and honest throughout the entire process. They also took the time to walk me through everything that needed to be done and used quality materials. Knowing they are licensed, insured, and bonded gave me even more confidence. They installed new paper under the existing tiles and redid the pattern, and the end result looks incredible. Honestly, it looks like a brand new roof. Several of my neighbors came over just to look at it, and many asked for Peter's card because they were so impressed with the quality of the work. His estimate breakdown and material overview also impressed us, the price was right, and we committed to a full reroofing project of our ancient concrete tile roof. From the first day that the Premium Legacy team started working we knew that we chose right. Lots of communication along the way, prompt notifications about permits and inspections, and of course a very much appreciated tidying up at the end of each work day. The crew really, genuinely know their stuff. We put the new roof to a test immediately after it was finished, with the crazy rain storms over December. 8+ inches of rain locally but zero sign of the previous issues we had experienced. Not only that, but Peter came out during the rain when we discovered a chimney problem, and quickly diagnosed the issue, tarped the chimney, then provided us with this additional repair. (The chimney crown needed to be replaced entirely, and they had a brand new one manufactured and installed within a few weeks.) The company can truly do it all, and do it WELL. For an important project like this where quality work means peace of mind of several decades, it's important to choose correctly.
