I politely asked him to stop yelling at me and he screamed at me that he wasn't. And then proceeded to scream at me some more. He said the hookah had a warranty with Dion sanders and to call him. I mentioned that I didn't by from Dion- I bought from him and I asked if the shop had their own warranty. He got even madder and screamed at me some more. Every time I tried to explain what happened to the hookah he would yell at me to let him talk and that I could talk once he was done...but he never actually allowed that to happen. He just kept screaming. I even asked him if he could FaceTime me so we could speak like humans because he was yelling at me. He became even more irate and yelled at me some more. I was so upset that a man would be screaming at me like that- especially since I was being so polite, I found it very triggering. He was so disrespectful and I was very upset. I threw the broken glass piece down and ran out of the store crying. He's a horrible human being and very disrespectful to women- but also a really bad businessman. It takes a real unprofessional (and morally corrupt) person to bully their own customers to tears.

A young man working in the supplement section told me to try Vapor Trends that was just a few blocks away on Height Blvd. I headed over and to be honest I was a lil apprehensive to go in...that may sound silly but I have never been in a "smoke shop" before and always thought they were creepy. I bit the bullet and went in passed the blacked out windows and doors. I was immediately greeted by a young nice looking fella who's appearance was totally what I expected. Black clothes, sleeved out tattoos black hat. However his presents and attitude was not what I expected. He was friendly, not intrusive, helpful and VERY knowledgeable of the CBD products, I felt comfortable as soon as he began to help me. I inquired about the oils and for they next 10 mins he gave me the CBD 101 Class, answered all my questions, helped me with dosage and showed me the other CBD products. I chose what I wanted and he even offered a small but helpful discount as a first time customer in his store...I assume he is the manager, if not he should be. As I walked to the rear of the store to pay, I noticed how nice the build out was and well kept the store was...that was something else I did not expect. Well, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The guy working the counter was nice, explained all of the options well, and demonstrated that the product worked before I purchased it. They also have a flavor of the month/week/something board where customers can create and name their own juice blends and post them for other customers to buy. The 3 most popular win store credit or something, which is just awesome. Oh yeah, did I forget to mention they make their juice in-house? You can blend as many flavors as you want together and they'll make it for you on the spot at the specified mg and everything. Then you can name it and put it on the aforementioned board to share it with the other customers. All in all, its a excellent business and wonderful part of the community.
