The doctor felt his neck and found two of his cervical disks misaligned and popped them back into place and basically told him he's fixed and never to come back. My husband has already recommended this place to his family and I can say he's back to being my husband again and no longer moody and grumpy. Of course you could tell it was a put off that the same manager had to revise the total and there wasn't an apology for the oversight, but you could tell it was an intentional 'don't ask, don't tell' business attitude.
