Where to start? I don't think I've ever experienced a level of customer care this bad. And now I feel the need to write a review to hopefully prevent this from happening to others. I scheduled a mobile IV and the nurse poked me three separate times. Each time she moved the needle around inside of my arm for a while and ended up causing quite a lot of pain. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. One poke site continued bleeding through all of the bandages for 30 minutes. I replaced the bandages three times. Another poke site caused so much pain in my arm that I couldn't straighten it for two full days. Now, weeks later, they just charged my credit card $400...I haven't booked any services since then. So now not only is there a safety concern here, but a fraud concern as well. Mobile IVs can be a great tool, but there is also a lot of risk that can be associated with it. I'm very worried at their lack of concern about the situation when i kindly called to notify them and I would seriously urge anyone to think twice about where they get their IVs done. I hope someone reads this yelp review and actually cares to try to better things at the company. read more

It's been a week I'm trying to get my refund of $754 And they will not reply back my emails and I tried calling the employees are clueless about anything you ask they tell you to email, which I did again. The whole experience was awesome. I love that they come to your home, and they do the big 1L bags. Most places do 500 mL bags. For the last week, this company keeps charging my Amex for various amounts for services I never requested. I have tried calling - no one picks up. I've tried texting their number and they tell me they "processed a refund" but no refund has been processed. I've confirmed with Amex that they never processed a refund. Someone called me on Wednesday saying "it's a billing issue we're having with our system and we're having a lot of people complain about this." Naturally. That's what happens when you decide to fraudulently run up people's credit cards you have on file. This company runs financial fraud scams hoping you don't check your statement then lies that they processed refunds after getting caught. Except they don't refund either. One of my doctors recommended that I get IV hydration and multivitamins (aka a Myers Cocktail). I also am Vitamin D deficient. Dehydration and vitamin deficiency nearly killed me last year and I currently use a walker as a result. While I am improving, the progress has been VERY slow. I ordered an in-home Myers Cocktail IV and a Vitamin D shot (I am currently Vitamin D deficient). Everything went smoothly and professionally. They did a health screening on the phone. I chose a next-day appointment. The nurse, Molly, texted me when she was on the way. She arrived on time, checked my vital signs, answered my questions, and PAINLESSLY inserted the IV needle (I am difficult to stick). She was also very pleasant to talk to during her time at my home. Per my doctor, I am getting another Myers Cocktail next week and will not even consider another company or nurse. The treatment itself took about 35 minutes. The total time out of my day was about 45 minutes. About an hour later, I feel more energetic and hydrated. I look forward to seeing other possible benefits. Brittany is absolutely amazing!! She is patient and understanding with the drips. The NAD drip is quite uncomfortable if the drip is too fast. My first time took 6 hours. My only regret is not thinking to call them earlier in the day. I was anxious at 2:30pm when I became conscious enough to recall this service exists, that they'd be too booked to come by. But the MD immediately picked up the phone, was super nice, asked what I was experiencing, took down my information & dispatched a nurse. Yes, they had an RN come to administer my IV!! She gave me medicine for my nausea, my headache, vitamin b & a full bag of saline. I started to feel better within minutes & was well enough by the end to have a productive day. She was very professional & friendly- I really liked Blaire. She was gentle & thorough, seemed very experienced with phlebotomy. It's about an hour to wait through the drip and is so worth the price to feel better again! I hate losing a full day because of a mistake. Horrible experience. I booked an appointment online for my daughter who was dehydrated from food poisoning and we wished to avoid the ER. My credit card was immediately charged $343.00 and I received a confirmation email telling us to wait for a medical screening call. We had approximately a 3 hour wait and with only a few minutes remaining before our booked appointment I called to inquire about arrival. I was told they didn't have a availability and could not process a refund at that time. Lots of excuses but no service and no refund yet. Call IV ME NOW instead. This business is a godsend! I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The norcos messed me up. I couldn't keep anything down all day. I was so dehydrated, dizzy and nauseous. They were able to get a nurse to me. She was so sweet and patient. She listened to what I needed and my concerns and created a cocktail for me. I haven't thrown up since and I feel great. Obviously I still feel out of it and exhausted from throwing up for the past 12 hours. But I don't have nausea, I'm not dizzy, I haven't thrown up. This company is a scam, please be careful using them. I purchased labs from them and the cost was $499 for a male hormone panel for my father. It is deceptive advertising because I just received a bill from Quest diagnostics for $1,587 for labs. Meaning the payment made to this company is just to send a nurse to your home and talk to a NP for 20 minutes. If you can't afford to be sick, you simply must must call drip hydration. i met Dr. Malkin on two separate occasions for a house call before I used drip hydration, and honestly I wish I had called them sooner. I had the stomach late last year and I did two sessions with drip hydration that really brought me back to life. I AM TELLING YOU. It brought my back to life. Today I had a nurse who clearly had an off day, but she is usually good (she was one of the nurses who brought me back to life last time), and Dr. Malkin sent someone who had vein ESP and was able to find a vein in my not quite 100% bod. Now I feel so much better and I am very very impressed with the way Dr. Malkin and the team at Drip Hydration run their business. I have said before that the difference between a good business and bad is how you handle bad things that inevitably come up. On this, Drip gets a perfect score.
