I've used this service a couple of times now. The last time I used it, my husband was super sick from the stomach flu and wasn't holding down food or water. I was able to schedule for someone to come out the following morning so that he could receive hydration, NSAID, anti-nausea meds, etc. He IMMEDIATELY started to feel better with the IV and was able to even keep some food down. The nurse that came to visit this last time was Jessica. She was super sweet and easy going. She was also very professional and came prepared with everything she needed. I've used Drip I've therapy twice and I LOVE them. Each time I've called them, they've been available on the day that I called and within a reasonable timeframe to send someone over. The first time I called was for terrible food poisoning recovery and they had someone come to me within an hour and a half. The second time I called them I had a terrible migraine and they had someone there within two hours. The technicians are amazing. We were in a hotel and had just settled in and while we were all hooked up, had all kinds of stuff going on like room service, phone conferences, etc., and Rachel was incredibly helpful and gracious and kind. Also, we had just driven from Vegas after several days there so we were in desperate need of rejuvenation, and the drip absolutely did the trick. This is their customer service demanding $25 that their nurse didn't charge a year later. What kind of people do you have working there that decided that sending a message to a loyal customer at almost midnight insulting them and harassing them is the right thing to do? You guys charge my credit card at the moment of services so it's not the customers fault that you guys are incompetent to charge the right amount. Do not use this company. I paid them anywhere between 300-$400 (plus tips for the nurse) for each time they came and then somehow magically I owe $25 a year later. Bait and switch...no where on their website does it state that the time you select isn't a guarantee. Around 1pm today, I was in desperate need of need of an iv so I can attend a function. On their website it listed multiple time slots for an iv in my area. I booked the appointment for 3pm. Shortly after I then receive a slew of texts asking about covid symptoms, allergies, etc....then a text comes through that a $25 rush fee would have to be charged in order for the nurse to come today. Then they state that the earliest appointment would be 5pm, not the 3pm I booked that was listed on the website. First off, why would a company list time shots that aren't truly available? Second, how can you justify a rush fee for an appointment time that is now 2 hours past the time I booked? Sorry but important items like this should be clearly and boldly displayed on your site when booking. I was offered another day and time slot, but what good does that do when I needed it today? They just lost a new customer and I most certainly will never consider them when looking for a mobile iv. read more

"Nurse" was super rude and unprofessional. My wife tested positive for influenza. I specifically let the phone rep know so as to select the proper treatment. When the nurse got here, she said "oh no one told me that. That's highly contagious and I don't want to get that." When working in the medical field, you should be prepared to treat people that are sick. So carry a mask if you're so concerned. Also she didn't even wash her hands before administering treatment.
