However, I was assured that hair club could provide me exactly what I wanted. I had done my research and was told explicitly that they could deliver. Actually telling me it's easier when clients know what they want. I also inquired abt timeline as I knew other ls were having supply chain issues, yet again was assured that this wouldn't be the case. After waiting over 6 weeks was given a 4-6 week timeline (and attempted to schedule safe) i received the phone call that they didn't have my system. I expressed that I'd need to reschedule a few months out, which is why I asked initially if i should wait until summer to schedule, and they "pulled strings" to get my system. After 7+ hours in their office I received the atrocity pictured. My request was mesh, liquid adhesive, dark blonde system with bleached knots, as I wanted to have an exposed hairline. I received a brown/red hued system, taped, um bleached knots, with a thick netting... I literally have had $25 dollar halloween wigs look better. During this entire process I also had multiple appointments changes without notification or consent. There is a pre check, post check etc. They would just tell me as I'm checking out my delegated time. After finding I was extremely unsatisfied they did want to "make it right." However after getting absolutely every piece wrong, telling me that they gave me a system that wasn't intended for me, and blaming my timeline for the reason it looked bad, I was not interested. My timeline had nothing to do with the poor application. Currently It's been over 4 weeks and I've received not a single penny of my refund. The office isn't even responding to weekly emails - (I'm not harassing them just want my money back). They've provided the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. I didn't realize the used cars salesman types still existed, but they just want your money.
