After confiding with my family, and with their help and support we filed a complaint. ADA clearly states that patients cannot be refused medical services on the basis of their disabilities. Should also state Ryan Knape dismissed me as a patient through a letter on MyCharts before said appointment above was even finished - with no explanation.

I came in needing to talk to a doctor about serious concerns: high cholesterol, fatty liver disease, and prediabetes. Instead of a conversation or a real evaluation, they acted like it was fine to just order labs and hand out more pills--without even letting me speak to a doctor directly. What are you--just a pill pusher now? I'm not here to be rushed out the door or treated like a number. I need a healthcare provider who listens, not one who pushes prescriptions like a factory line. I would absolutely not recommend this office. I'm finding a new doctor who actually cares about their patients.

Dr Li came in timed him he was in with me for 1 minute 39 second .sent 2 medication to pharmacy and could not take either one. If he would of took the time to ask me any questions. He would of known I couldnt use either one. $100 office call and that's what I got . Paid for 4 medication and only could use to. I don't know about other families but I don't have that kind of medicine to just throw away!!!! It also would've been nice to get a diagnosis so still I have no idea what's wrong with me!!! Very angry. Glad to know at least Dennis Shelle guves a crap about his patients been seeing him for 26 yrs!!
