He drew up a contract and came out and "fixed" the plumbing, the next day the sewage started backing up into the trailer so when he called him and told him the problem hadn't been fixed he refused to come back out and still insist on charging my grandmother the $500 a month. Do not go to plumber room if you expect good quality service or some One who cares. He's much more interested in scamming old ladies out of their money. In addition, when things get rough, he puts you on the phone with his wife who is very rude. For someone who is expecting $6000 for his services, I would expect a higher quality of customer care.

We found a mystery exterior leak on our property the weekend before Christmas and had to shut off water to the house. After another plumbing company scheduled an appointment for us and then later canceled it with no explanation, we called True Plumbing on Monday morning. Eric from True Plumbing showed up when he said he would, took a quick look at our problem, and explained the three possible causes of the leak, along with how much each would cost to fix if said problem was found. The area would have to be minimally excavated to locate the underground leak. He was very up front about what the diagnostic process would be and what the repairs would entail for each of the three possible scenarios, including what he would do to avoid damaging the driveway. Eric was transparent, very easy to communicate with, and obviously a knowledgable, experienced plumber. After that five-minute conversation, my husband and I both felt 100% comfortable hiring True Plumbing to come back with a team to excavate the problem the next day. True Plumbing got to work when they said they would, the day before Christmas Eve no less. Sure enough, the problem was scenario #1 on their list of three possible causes of the leak. A decade before we bought the house, the sprinkler system had been connected to the house's water pipes using an illegal part that had finally failed. True Plumbing said that since sprinkler technicians are not certified plumbers, problems like that are common. Be careful who you hire to tamper with your water pipes! True Plumbing fixed the leak and we had water restored to the house within a couple of hours! The cost ($800) matched the verbal estimate to the penny. Use a debit card or cash to avoid the 3% credit card fee. They even completely cleaned up their work site. Real professionals. 100% recommend.

The office called shortly after the tech left and asked for payment. I asked them to call back in two hours and I would happily give them my credit card. Ft Worth Ship and Mail has been around for 28 years and has a stellar business reputation for being fair and good customer service. The office lady tells me they CANT WAIT and hands the phone over to Raymond, the owner. He continues about getting paid and not min 2 hours but NOW. My invoice, totalling $275, reflects a $225 bill for everything BUT parts: Remove tubing and cleaning a blocked line with an overflow problem that says 1 per hour at $225. Below had labor at 1/2 for $50. I asked Raymond to help me understand the math but, because he was not in front of the invoice, he could NOT EXPLAIN IT. He goes on to lecture me about the lien they will put on me and my business if I don't comply and PAY NOW. I reluctantly paid them but will not use this outfit again even for free. For the 2 hours I asked for, I hope this negative posts cost them this in spades on how NOT to Treat Customers. Unless you want demanding phone calls, stay away from this guy Raymond and his Russell Plumbing. What loneliness is more lonely than distrust.
