How good is QC? I tried using drip irrigation fittings from Home Depot and the output was wildly different from one to another. Watering was very uneven. Does Dripworks have more uniform water output?

Today I pulled in with my truck that happened to have a utility trailer attached. I pulled in and backed carefully out of the way near the Uhaul trailers. An employee rushed over yelling at me that I needed to park outside for loading. He didn't greet me or even ask me what I need. (A few bags of manure). I said I just happened to have my trailer and he just continued yelling to park outside. Employees need to be trained better than this. I pulled outside and drove to Mendo mill to complete my purchase. Again I wasn't blocking any spaces and was already parked. Not a shining moment.

My wife and I just got a new puppy after our previous dog passed away(13 year old bulldog)…read more It was nice for us to be able to get a couple cans of dog food while getting misc stuff for the house Everyone has always been really great at the counter and register. I recognized one of the workers, she helped us with a couple extra set of car keys in the past. Her name is Desiree she told us about the Astro program. It sounded really good, we qualified. The program is simple to sign up for and it rewards those who have rescued a dog from a shelter. We did our shopping and then returned a day or two later.... As we were walking in Desiree spotted us, stopped what she was doing, and came over to help us out. If you haven't seen the pet section at Mendo Mill/ace hardware you need to... it's really sweet.... We found out that Desiree is in charge of that area.... There are so many cute/sweet touches. Desiree just has the kindest way about her.... She took a sincere interest in us and our dog, just like the previous visit . she had great recommendations, answered all our questions. Desiree let our dog try a couple flavors of the treats that came with the backpack/food as part of the Astro problem. There are pics of customers animals, there are pics of pets who recommend their favorite toys, treats, etc. it really touched me after the passing of our bulldog, we bought her a bunch of the kong toys over the 2 years we had her.... Everyone at Mendo Mill has always been great to my wife and I.... Desiree was our rockstar the last 2-3 times we went there, and my wife and I will seek her out - you should too.. Our dog sought out Desiree when my wife went to get a couple more things for our new little guy

He was yelling at us saying "we have 20 minutes" while we were shopping, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. When we checked out, he threw our change at us instead of handing it to us respectfully. His attitude and behavior were unprofessional and upsetting. I understand employees may be stressed or trying to close on time, but customers should still be treated respectfully. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the experience was not okay.
