Absolutely deplorable customer service and zero useful assistance when it came to premium concerns and renewals. The fees consistently increased without notification in spite of having zero claims. Also, mileage automatically increased and premiums soar at every renewal without proper notice and mileage will also be pulled from Carfax without notification (or permission). Like the others said before me, there's no automated prompt to go through, just a real person that is passionate about getting you the best service. I have never written a review before, but I felt that Shannon and her business deserved to be recognized for her excellent work in the insurance field. Far too often people only complain, and never compliment, and compliments are due to Shannon for always being available to answer questions and to find the answers if the answer is unclear. Shannon is concerned about her customers throughout the process of signing up for insurance to make sure that they get the right insurance for themselves, and also will be there after she has secured their business and will not profit further. I think that this is truly a sign of great customer service. Recently, I had questions as to whether or not it would be beneficial to switch medical insurance companies. Shannon ran numerous scenarios and helped me to figure out the best insurance plan. I have a very unusual circumstance and this was not easy. Shannon has sometimes had to call the insurance company directly to get answers for my situation, and she never hesitates to make the call and gets back to me quickly.
