Next, I'm a HUGE influencer on Instagram with almost a million followers for traveling though, to be nice, I haven't posted this company on there, I don't know why but... Luxelife9 on Instagram My review-So, we paid Kathy Primm, with Sue Smith, $30k for our trip to Italy/France, this did not include food, tips etc, just hotels, driver, tours. I didn't question the prices as I trusted her like I trusted her on our Turks n Caicos trip which was $13/14k, $13/14 thousand dollars for the week! End of day, we were never told how she makes her money...being she takes up the prices for her commissions! Very shady!!!!!! I'm not happy at ALL with the outcome of my email with them!!!! It's like, they see someone with money and they go for the gold! If she had a few, like a good specialist, she should of been upfront but obviously when it's commissions, she does what she wants to get the most money without telling you! Our hotels even told us what she does and we checked everything!!! They were right on how she got paid! Had they not been honest with us, we'd never of known how awful we'd been taken advantage of! This is the email I sent to Kathy.... So, of course we loved just being in Italy and France, who wouldn't? However, we had several issues and are just really not happy at all with them. These are not in order, just issues we had. 1. We did not get our suite we were promised in Paris with the Eiffel Tower view. We also have pics of messages between them and you or who helped you and Eiffel Tower view was never even discussed. After letting you know, you should of done whatever it took to get us in, you had the whole day so we could get in the one opening the next morning. Problem is, I KNEW we wouldn't have it, I FELT it, that's why I kept saying we weren't paying til we knew it was all first class flights, 5 star hotels and Eiffel Tower view! Only reason I allowed the payment was because you said it was! 2. You told us when I asked in email all hotels were 5 star hotels. They were NOT 5 star hotels, we paid 10x what they were going for online, the hotels even told us this is where you jumped up on prices and made commission on us not realizing what was going on. Very unhappy! Our hotel in Rome was terrible! We paid over $1000 a night in $200 rooms!!!!! This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! 3. Transfers-when we were being transferred from train to boat in Florence, the transfer person would NOT help with luggage and thought we were crazy for thinking they'd help with luggage! Very rude! Iv no idea what we paid for! I even posted about them on their page on fb! Then this person got on our boat for a free ride back after arguing with me!!!! 4. Person in Paris never showed up for the Eiffel Tower tour, we had to call several different people to even get help taken 1.5 hours!!!! Then, once we got tickets to dinner ourselves, we were given a menu that had been picked for us and we don't eat the things that were on it! They said they sent you a list to give us to choose from but said if we didn't know about it, you must of just chose for us! In order to get a regular menu, they charged us $60 something dollars on top of the $300 something we already paid and with NO TOUR!!!!! We did NOT see the Eiffel tower past the 2nd level and we basically lost a day in Paris from arguing about our room, changing rooms, and the whole issue with Eiffel Tower!!!!!!!!! We LOST a day!!!!!!! $30k trip and we lost a freakin day!!!! That's a huge issue!!!!!!! That's like $2307 a day! 4. Our plane tickets were NOT first class!!!!!! $12 thousand and something for supposed first class tickets and you said they were first class, they were not! We were not allowed access on first class in Paris. 5. Our train was not first class, first class got wine etc, we got cokes! So, we are all for your commission on things but you should be upfront on what is going on, whether you a few is added or what. We feel, well obviously you charged prices way on top of rooms and I'm not sure what happened with flight or trains. I want money put back on our credit card our vouchers because this was awful!!!!!! Manager at one hotel told us to look up prices and showed us what we wanted you'd really be paying had you given us true prices! We trusted you and this company just like we did with Turks and Caicos and as much as we paid for Turks, we feel you did the same on that! I hope we can come to some agreement because I'm about to really loud with this if we don't! I hate to be rude but that's a lot of money to get screwed out of! Just because people gave money, doesn't mean they want to give it away!

The car rentals were completely out of cars even though I had a reservation. No Ubers or Taxis were to be found. Luckily, the Hampton Inn at McCain Mall recommended me to call Rodney. He arrived in 10 minutes to safely get me to my hotel. He then picked me up the next morning to take me back to the airport to get a rental car. No Cars available. Rodney ended up driving me to Russellville Arkansas for my meeting. I highly recommend using Rodney's services and will definitely be using him again on future trips! Keep up the good job!!

Deceptive. Did the Time Share pitch package. Turns out the "free stay" is free except taxes and…read moreresort fees. This is not mentioned anywhere in their paperwork. Add in the $120 package fee I paid up front, and subtract the $50 gift card and it came to $60 a night for a room at a so-so resort. It was a good deal, but not a great deal - especially considering it came with a 2 hour timeshare pitch. The cruise tickets are barely a discount when compared to buying direct from Carnival, and after the omission of the room tax and fees I don't trust VT&T enough to use them. The cruise is limited to a four day cruise to the Caribbean or Bahamas. They do say this in their paperwork but I don't think they mentioned it in the phone sales pitch. That means almost all the departures are from Florida and of course getting to the departure point and back is your cost. I did find the customer service to be responsive and helpful
